LA INVENCION SE REFIERE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO Y MAQUINA PARA PREPARAR BOTELLAS (11), EN PARTICULAR BOTELLAS DE PLASTICO PET, QUE SE MUEVEN HACIA ADELANTE, SIGUIENDO UN RECORRIDO DE TRANSPORTE, PARA SER LLENADAS. LA INVENCION SE REFIERE IGUALMENTE A UN PROCEDIMIENTO PARA EL LLENADO DE LAS BOTELLAS CON UN MATERIAL DE RELLENO QUE FORMA UNA BEBIDA, SIENDO AGRUPADAS SUCESIVAMENTE LAS BOTELLAS (11) EN FILAS TRANSVERSALES A LA DIRECCION DE TRANSPORTE (6), CON SUS ABERTURAS DIRIGIDAS HACIA ARRIBA, Y A CONTINUACION ALINEADAS EN SEPARACIONES Y CENTRADAS. LAS BOTELLAS (11) GIRAN ENTONCES EN FILAS TRANSVERSALES HASTA UNA POSICION AL MENOS APROXIMADAMENTE VERTICAL, CON SUS ABERTURAS DIRIGIDAS HACIA ABAJO, Y QUE SE LAVAN CONJUNTAMENTE EN EL INTERIOR CON UN AGENTE DE LIMPIEZA. EN UNA PRIMERA ESTACION, LAS BOTELLAS LAVADAS (11) SE SECAN ACTO SEGUIDO EN EL INTERIOR Y, DESPUES DE PASAR A TRAVES DE LA PRIMERA ESTACION DE SECADO, SE CANALIZAN HASTA UNA REGION ESTERILIZADA (17B). DESPUES DE INTRODUCIRSE EN DICHA REGION ESTERILIZADA, LAS BOTELLAS (11) SE ESTERILIZAN EN SU INTERIOR CON UN AGENTE ESTERILIZANTE, SIENDO EXPULSADOS LOS RESTOS DE DICHO AGENTE ESTERILIZANTE DE LAS BOTELLAS ESTERILIZADAS (11) EN UNA SEGUNDA ESTACION DE SECADO. CUANDO LAS BOTELLAS (11) DEBEN LLENARSE CON MATERIAL DE RELLENO QUE CONTENGAN CO 2 , Y/O N 2 -, SE HUMEDECEN POSTERIORMENTE EN EL INTERIOR CON AGUA ESTERILIZADA Y, DESPUES DE SECADO, SE GIRAN A UN SEGUNDO PROCEDIMIENTO DE ROTACION EN UNA POSICION DE LLENADO EN LA QUE SUS ABERTURAS ESTEN DIRIGIDAS HACIA ABAJO. LAS BOTELLAS (11) SE LLENAN ENTONCES CON LA CANTIDAD DE MATERIAL DE RELLENO ESTABLECIDA, Y SE SELLAN AL MENOS TEMPORALMENTE EN UNA ESTACION DE SELLADO CON UNA PIEZA DE CIERRE.
