Abstract

Procedimiento de recuperación de neumáticos de vehículos automóviles, de transporte de cargas y de productos industriales de caucho vulcanizado transformándolos en objetos de aplicación y uso industrial; que comprende: Recoger y almacenar los productos y objetos citados, tales como neumáticos, y clasificarlos por tamaños y estructura interior. Someter a dichos objetos, antes de ser tratados, a una limpieza preferentemente con chorro de agua y posteriormente se dejan secar al aire libre durante, al menos, un día. Someter a los objetos a un troceado por cortes circunferenciales y/o cortes rectos. Someter al producto troceado a una trituración y molienda en máquinas de martillos cuyo eje gira a, al menos, 20 revoluciones por minuto. El producto triturado se transporta en cintas y se almacena en silos. Este producto ensilado se introduce y conforma en moldes a una temperatura de, al menos, 200ºC y presión de, al menos, 50 kg/cm{sup,2 , consiguiéndose formas y dimensiones geométricas apropiadaspara su ulterior uso industrial.
