SE PRESENTA UN PROCESO PARA RECONVERTIR UN MATERIAL PLASTICO QUE CONTENGA UN RELLENO INORGANICO O UN MATERIAL DE REFUERZO PARA SU USO COMO CORRIENTE DE SUMINISTRO EN UN GENERADOR DE GAS DE OXIDACION PARCIAL PARA LA PRODUCCION DE GAS DE SINTESIS, GAS COMBUSTIBLE O GAS REDUCTOR. EL MATERIAL PLASTICO SE GRANULA Y SE LICUIFICA PARCIALMENTE MEDIANTE SU CALENTAMIENTO EN UN AUTOCLAVE CERRADO A UNA TEMPERATURA EN LA BANDA DE ENTRE 400 (GRADOS) Y 495 (GRADOS) F Y UNA PRESION EN LA BANDA DE ENTRE 150 Y 750 PSIG, MIENTRAS QUE EL MATERIAL PLASTICO ESTA EN CONTACTO CON UN SOLVENTE LIQUIDO HIDROCARBONACEO BOMBEABLE. DE ESTA FORMA SE PRODUCE UNA PASTA BOMBEABLE QUE COMPRENDE PLASTICO SOLUBILIZADO, PLASTICO INSOLUBILIZADO, SOLVENTE LIQUIDO HIDROCARBONACEO, MATERIAL INORGANICO SEPARADO Y MATERIAL INORGANICO NO SEPARADO. DESPUES DE LA ELIMINACION DEL MATERIAL INORGANICO SEPARADO, EL RESTO DE LA PASTA SE HACE REACCIONAR MEDIANTE OXIDACION PARCIAL PARA PRODUCIR DICHO GAS DE SINTESIS, GAS COMBUSTIBLE O GAS REDUCTOR.
