Abstract

Procedimiento de reciclado de polvo de acería y producto obtenido con este procedimiento, en el que a un polvo de acería de composición: óxidos de hierro 20 {- 50%; óxido de zinc 10 {- 45 %, en partículas de tamaño inferior a 150 {u , se le mezcla en una mezcladora de homogeneización con un compuesto reductor de base carbono de 12 {- 20 % en peso en partículas de tamaño inferior a 200 {u y con un aglomerante orgánico de 1,5 {- 4 % en peso, para una vez homogeneizada la mezcla es sometida a un prensado hasta obtener una densidad de entre 2 y 3,3 gr./cm{sup,3 y luego se somete a su curado. Aplicable en la metalurgia del acero.
