Abstract
PURPOSE: To provide an apparatus which can send the fiber material vertically downward, whether during the spinning start-up period or driving period (high- speed period), by making the fiber web transporting arrangement outlet position movable. CONSTITUTION: This apparatus includes conveyor belts 50, 51 below the discharging roller 8, rotating on guide rollers 39', 39", 39"' or 40', 40" and 40"'. The guide rollers 39"' and 40"' during the spinning start-up period are shifted horizontally to vertically below the guide rollers 39' and 40' during the driving period, and the gap between the conveyor belts 50, 51 and discharge port 52a are shifted from an oblique position to vertical position. The front end F of the fiber sliver is sent out vertically downward whether during the spinning start-up period or driving period.
