PRIMERAMENTE SE POLIMERIZA EL ESTER DE ACIDO DE ACRILO EN PRESENCIA DE RETICULANTES CON COMBINACIONES DE ESTER DE ACIDO DE ACRIL COPOLIMERIZADAS CON AL MENOS DOS ENLACES DOBLES NO CONJUGADOS EN UNA EMULSION ACUOSA. EN LA SEGUNDA ETAPA DEL METODO SE CALIENTA EL VINILCLORID O VINILCLORIDI CON UN MONOMERO COPOLIMERIZADO DE UN PORCENTAJE DE PESO DE HASTA 20 CON UN INICIATOR, CON UN SISTEMA DE SUSPENSION Y, DADO EL CASO CON SUSTANCIAS ACCESORIAS EN UNA SUSPENSION ACUOSA A UNA TEMPERATURA >-30 C. DESPUES SE AÑADE EL ESTER DE ACIDO DE POLIACRIL Y A TEMPERATURAS >30 C SE POLIMERIZA PARA UNA OPERACION DESEADA. EL POLIMERISATE FABRICADO DE ESTA FORMA MUESTRA UNA DISTRIBUCION MEJOR DEL GROSOR DEL GRANO, Y UNA MEJOR REPRODUCCION DE LA DENSIDAD DE RELLENO, Y ANTE TODO SE REDUCE DE FORMA DRASTICA LA ADHERENCIA EN LAS PAREDES DURANTE LA POLIMERIZACION.
