Abstract

EL METODO PARA EL TRATAMIENTO DE UNA ENZIMA DESCONOCIDA QUE SE SUPONE QUE ESTA PRESENTE EN UN LIQUIDO INCLUYE LA AMPLIFICACION DE LA SEÑAL MEDIANTE EL USO DE UNA SEGUNDA ENZIMA Y UN MODULADOR BLOQUEADOR PARA LA SEGUNDA ENZIMA. LA ENZIMA DESCONOCIDA DENTRO DEL LIQUIDO SEPARA UN GRUPO DE BLOQUEO DEL MODULADOR BLOQUEADO. EL MODULADOR RESULTANTE ACTIVA O INHIBE LA SEGUNDA ENZIMA LA CUAL CATALIZA UNA REACCION INDICADORA EN LA CUAL UN SUBSTRATO ES CONVERTIDO EN UN PRODUCTO. LA PRESENCIA O AUSENCIA DE LA ENZIMA DESCONOCIDA EN EL LIQUIDO ES INDICADA POR UNA SEÑAL, TAL COMO UN CAMBIO DE COLOR O UNA PREPARACION DE CAMBIO DE COLOR, ASOCIADA CON LA REACCION INDICADORA. LA CONCENTRACION DE LA ENZIMA EN LA MUESTRA PUEDE SER DETERMINADA MEDIANTE LA MEDIACION DE LA SEÑAL. EL INVENTO INCLUYE UN KIT DE MATERIALES UTILES PARA LA REALIZACION DEL METODO DEL INVENTO.
