Abstract

Es wird eine Portionskapsel zur Zubereitung eines Getränks in einer Brühkammer einer Getränkeherstellungsmaschine vorgeschlagen, wobei die Portionskapsel ein Basiselement mit einem Hohlraum zum Aufnehmen eines Getränkerohmaterials und einen den Hohlraum verschließenden Kapseldeckel aufweist, wobei das Basiselement einen Kapselboden, einen umlaufenden Flansch und eine sich zwischen dem Kapselboden und dem umlaufenden Flansch erstreckende Kapselwandung umfasst, wobei der Flansch ein einstückig mit dem Flansch ausgebildetes Dichtelement in Form einer vom Kapseldeckel weg weisenden Dichtsicke aufweist, wobei die Dichtsicke eine innere Flanke und eine äußere Flanke umfasst, wobei der Flansch zwischen der Kapselwandung und der inneren Flanke einen ersten Flanschbereich und zwischen dem äußeren freien Ende des Flansches und der äußeren Flanke einen zweiten Flanschbereich aufweist, wobei der Kapseldeckel entlang einer ersten umlaufenden Befestigungsfläche in dem ersten Flanschbereich und entlang einer zweiten umlaufenden Befestigungsfläche in dem zweiten Flanschbereich befestigt ist.A portion capsule for preparing a beverage in a brewing chamber of a beverage production machine is proposed, wherein the portion capsule has a base element with a cavity for receiving a beverage raw material and a capsule lid closing the cavity, wherein the base element comprises a capsule bottom, a circumferential flange and a capsule wall extending between the capsule bottom and the circumferential flange, wherein the flange has a sealing element formed integrally with the flange in the form of a sealing bead pointing away from the capsule lid, wherein the sealing bead comprises an inner flank and an outer flank, wherein the flange has a first flange region between the capsule wall and the inner flank and a second flange region between the outer free end of the flange and the outer flank, wherein the capsule lid is fastened along a first circumferential fastening surface in the first flange region and along a second circumferential fastening surface in the second flange region.
