Claims (12)

  1. Dispositif (1) de formation de motifs sur une pièce à travailler (2), qui de préférence se compose au moins par sections de bois, de matériaux dérivés du bois, de matière plastique ou similaire, comprenant :
    au moins une unité d'impression (10) pour imprimer une surface (2'), en particulier une surface étroite, de la pièce à travailler (2),
    un dispositif de convoyage (4) pour provoquer un mouvement relatif entre la pièce à travailler (2) et l'unité d'impression (10), et
    une unité d'alimentation (20) pour alimenter l'unité d'impression (10) en au moins deux composants d'impression, dans lequel
    une unité de mélange (30) est prévue en amont de l'unité d'impression (10) pour mélanger les composants alimentés au moyen de l'unité d'alimentation (20) et pour distribuer le mélange à l'unité d'impression (10),
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'unité de mélange (30) est configurée pour tempérer les composants alimentés.
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, selon lequel l'unité d'alimentation (20) comporte plusieurs pompes (22) qui sont respectivement reliées à au moins un réservoir de composant d'impression (24, 26).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 2, selon lequel au moins un réservoir de composant d'impression (24) présente un liquide de base.
  4. Dispositif selon la revendication 2 ou la revendication 3, selon lequel au moins un récipient de composant d'impression (26) présente des colorants, en particulier des pigments de couleur, et/ou au moins un additif, dans lequel l'additif est de préférence choisi parmi des additifs physiquement modifiables, des additifs matifiants, des additifs moussants, des additifs structurants, des additifs fluorescents.
  5. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, selon lequel l'unité de mélange (30) présente au moins un élément de mélange (32) mobile, dans lequel au moins un entraînement (34) est de préférence prévu pour entraîner l'élément de mélange (32) mobile.
  6. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, selon lequel l'unité de mélange (30) est configurée pour chauffer les composants alimentés.
  7. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, selon lequel l'unité de mélange (30) est configurée pour distribuer les composants alimentés uniquement après un temps d'attente.
  8. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, selon lequel au moins une unité d'impression (10) présente un circuit auxiliaire (12) pour la circulation et, le cas échéant, le tamponnage d'un mélange de matériau d'impression alimenté.
  9. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, selon lequel plusieurs unités d'impression sont prévues pour l'impression en particulier séquentielle, dans lequel plusieurs unités d'impression sont de préférence reliées à une unité de mélange.
  10. Procédé de formation de motifs sur une pièce à travailler (2), qui de préférence se compose au moins par sections de bois, de matériaux dérivés du bois, de matière plastique ou similaire, en utilisant un dispositif (1) selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, avec les étapes consistant à :
    provoquer un mouvement relatif entre la pièce à travailler (2) et l'unité d'impression (10) au moyen du dispositif de convoyage (4),
    mélanger et tempérer des composants alimentés par l'unité d'alimentation (20) dans l'unité de mélange (30) et distribuer le mélange vers l'unité d'impression (10), et
    imprimer une surface (2'), en particulier d'une surface étroite, de la pièce à travailler (2) au moyen de l'unité d'impression (10).
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, selon lequel la surface (2') à imprimer de la pièce à travailler (2) se compose au moins par sections de matière plastique.
  12. Procédé selon la revendication 10 ou la revendication 11, selon lequel l'unité d'impression (10) et/ou l'unité de mélange (30) sont nettoyées en alimentant, au moyen de l'unité d'alimentation (20), en un composant d'impression, en particulier en un liquide de base.
