Claims (27)

  1. Système (10, 130) permettant d'injecter de l'huile de cannabis dans un produit de cannabis (18) comprenant :
    un support de produit (16, 132) pour recevoir le produit de cannabis (18) ;
    un réservoir (14) destiné à contenir de l'huile de cannabis ;
    une seringue (12) comprenant un corps (28), un piston (29) monté dans le corps (28) et une aiguille (20) ; la seringue (12) étant en communication fluidique avec le réservoir (14) pour recevoir l'huile de cannabis depuis celui-ci lorsque le piston (29) est tiré vers le haut ;
    un mécanisme d'engagement (48) pour déplacer relativement le support de produit (16, 132) et la seringue (12) l'un vers l'autre de sorte que l'aiguille (20) soit engagée dans le produit (18) ; et
    un système de chauffage (22, 172) pour chauffer l'huile de cannabis entre le réservoir (14) et le produit (18) ;
    caractérisé en ce que le support de produit (16, 132) est sous la forme d'un dispositif de préhension (16) pour prélever et maintenir le produit de cannabis (18).
  2. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le dispositif de prélèvement (16) comprend une paire de griffes (32, 34, 134, 136) mobiles entre des configurations ouverte et fermée et étant configurées pour maintenir un joint de cannabis (18, 18') lorsque la paire de griffes (32, 34, 134, 136) est dans une position fermée et pour libérer le joint de cannabis (18, 18') lorsque la paire de griffes (32, 34, 134, 136) est dans la configuration ouverte.
  3. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le mécanisme d'engagement (48) comprend un actionneur linéaire comportant une tige coulissante (46) ; le dispositif de préhension (16) étant fixé à l'extrémité de la tige coulissante (46).

Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le support de produit (16, 132) comprend au moins une ouverture (142) pour amener l'air vers le joint de cannabis (18, 18') afin d'améliorer une libération du joint de cannabis (18, 18') par le support de produit (16, 132), une fois que l'aiguille (20) est séparée du joint de cannabis (18, 18').
  6. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 4, dans lequel le guide d'aiguille (52) comprend un insert amovible (54) qui comprend le trou (56) pour l'aiguille (20) et l'alésage (150).

    le corps (28) et l'embout (31) étant positionnés dans le boîtier (58) ; le boîtier (58) comprenant en outre une première ouverture (84) pour permettre à l'aiguille (20) de la traverser et une deuxième ouverture (82) pour permettre au piston (29) de la traverser ; la tubulure (60) étant raccordée au corps (28) par l'intermédiaire d'une vanne à trois voies (96) qui est montée sur la seringue (12) entre le corps (28) et l'embout (31).
  10. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 9, dans lequel le système de chauffage (22) comprend en outre un système de canalisation de chaleur (120, 122, 174) pour diriger une partie de la chaleur générée par l'élément chauffant (62) hors du boîtier (58) à travers la première ouverture (84).
  11. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 10, dans lequel la seringue (12) et la première ouverture (84) sont situées dans le boîtier (58) sur un premier côté latéral de celui-ci ; l'élément chauffant (62) étant situé sur un deuxième côté latéral de celui-ci ; le système de canalisation de chaleur (120, 122, 174) comprenant au moins un ventilateur (64, 66) monté sur le deuxième côté latéral du boîtier (58) pour amener l'air vers la première ouverture (84).
  12. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 11, dans lequel le réservoir (14) est chauffé ; le ou les ventilateurs (64, 66) comprennent un premier ventilateur (66) pour amener le premier flux d'air vers la première ouverture (84) et un deuxième ventilateur (64) pour aspirer le deuxième flux d'air depuis le réservoir chauffé (14) et pour pousser l'air du réservoir chauffé (14) vers la seringue (12).

  15. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'élément chauffant (62) comprend un passage (90) dans celui-ci pour la tubulure (60).
  16. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 8, dans lequel l'élément chauffant (62) comprend au moins un corps thermoconducteur.
  17. Système (10, 130) selon la revendication 1, dans lequel le produit de cannabis (18) est un joint de cannabis (18, 18').
  18. Système de chauffage (22, 172) pour un injecteur d'huile de cannabis (10, 130) qui est équipé d'un réservoir d'huile de cannabis (14) et d'une seringue (12) comportant une aiguille (20) pour distribuer l'huile de cannabis, et qui est raccordé au réservoir d'huile de cannabis (14) par l'intermédiaire d'une tubulure (60) de façon à être alimenté en huile par celui-ci, le système de chauffage (22, 172) comprenant :
    un boîtier (58), comprenant une partie de logement de seringue (80) qui reçoit au moins une partie de la seringue (12) et comportant une ouverture (84) pour permettre à l'aiguille (20) de la traverser ; et
    un élément chauffant (62) qui est à proximité immédiate de la tubulure (60) pour transférer de la chaleur à celle-ci ;
    caractérisé en ce que le système de chauffage (22, 172) comprend en outre un système de canalisation de chaleur (120, 122, 174) pour amener une partie de la chaleur générée par l'élément chauffant (62) hors du boîtier (58) à travers l'ouverture (84).
  19. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel la seringue (12) comprend en outre un corps (28), un piston (29) monté dans le corps (28) et un embout (31) qui monte l'aiguille (20) sur le corps (28) ; le corps (28) et l'embout (31) étant positionnés dans la partie de logement de seringue du boîtier ; l'ouverture (84) dans la partie de logement de seringue (80) étant une première ouverture (84) ; le boîtier (58) comprenant en outre une deuxième ouverture (82), alignée avec la première ouverture (84) pour permettre le passage du piston (29) à travers celle-ci.
  20. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 19, dans lequel la seringue (12) et la première ouverture (84) sont situées dans le boîtier (58) sur un premier côté latéral de celui-ci ; l'élément chauffant (62) étant situé sur un deuxième côté latéral du boîtier (58) ; le système de canalisation de chaleur (120, 122, 174) comprenant en outre au moins un générateur de flux d'air (176) monté sur le deuxième côté latéral du boîtier (58) pour amener un premier flux d'air vers la première ouverture (84).
  21. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 20, dans lequel le réservoir d'huile de cannabis (14) est chauffé ; le ou les générateurs de flux d'air (176) comprenant un premier ventilateur (64) pour amener le premier flux d'air vers la première ouverture (84) et un deuxième ventilateur (66) pour aspirer l'air depuis le réservoir chauffé (14) et pour pousser l'air du réservoir chauffé (14) vers la seringue (12).
  22. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 20, dans lequel le système de canalisation de chaleur (120, 122, 174) comprend en outre un soufflet (180) ayant des côtés d'entrée et de sortie et étant monté sur le boîtier (58) autour de la première ouverture (84) par son côté d'entrée ; le soufflet (180) étant mobile entre des configurations étendue et rétractée ; le soufflet (180) étant en outre configuré pour être monté sur un support de produit (16, 132) sous le boîtier (58) par son côté de sortie ;
    de sorte que, en fonctionnement, lorsque l'aiguille (20) et le support de produit (16, 132) sont déplacés relativement l'un vers l'autre pour ladite distribution de l'huile de cannabis, le soufflet (180) est déplacé de sa configuration étendue vers sa configuration rétractée, tout en agissant en continu en tant que conduit pour l'air forcé vers la première ouverture (84).
  23. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 20, dans lequel le soufflet (180) est formé par une pluralité d'éléments de manchon (182) qui sont emboîtés consécutivement les uns dans les autres.
  24. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 20, dans lequel l'élément chauffant (62) et le boîtier (58) définissent un passage (110) entre eux pour l'air vers la première ouverture (84).
  25. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 20, dans lequel le système de canalisation de chaleur comprend en outre un dissipateur thermique (178) positionné dans le passage (110) de manière à être en contact avec l'élément chauffant (62).
  26. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel l'élément chauffant (62) comprend un passage (90) pour la tubulure (60).
  27. Système (22, 172) selon la revendication 18, dans lequel l'élément chauffant (62) comprend au moins un corps thermoconducteur.
