Definitions

  • the invention relates to a cigarette preparation device for introducing an active ingredient into a cigarette.
  • a cigarette preparation device according to the preamble of claim 1 is known from EP 3 292 771 A1
  • a similar device is also described by the EP 2 481 306 A1 .
  • Cigarettes prepared in this way for example cigarettes with menthol added, can be purchased.
  • the cigarettes are usually prepared by the cigarette manufacturer.
  • additives are usually very volatile, so that the additives can evaporate or evaporate or generally lose their effectiveness during storage of the cigarettes.
  • the present invention therefore provides a cigarette preparation device with which a smoker can prepare a cigarette quickly and easily with an additive or an active ingredient shortly before smoking it. Since the preparation can be carried out by the smoker immediately before smoking, a loss of effectiveness of the additive or active ingredient is prevented or greatly reduced.

  • the invention enables the smoker to prepare cigarettes individually.
  • the cigarette can be a cigarette not prepared by the manufacturer or one that is hand-rolled.
  • the device according to the invention has a receiving space for receiving a cigarette to be inserted into the cigarette preparation device and an introduction unit for introducing an active ingredient into the cigarette when inserting and/or removing the cigarette into the receiving space.
