Claims (8)
- Dispositif pour la fabrication de blocs de béton (19), notamment de dalles de pavage en béton, avec un moule (12) destiné à être rempli avec un mélange de béton, le moule (12) présentant au moins une cavité de moule pour la réception du mélange de béton, et la cavité de moule ouverte vers le haut présentant des parois (13, 14, 15, 16) en tant que limites latérales, et l'au moins une cavité de moule (17) pouvant être remplie au moyen d'un appareil de remplissage du dispositif avec le mélange de béton, et le moule (12) avec l'au moins une cavité de moule (17) et l'appareil de remplissage étant mobiles l'un par rapport à l'autre dans un axe de remplissage (18), et l'axe de remplissage (18) étant orienté en oblique par rapport à un axe de symétrie de l'au moins une cavité de moule (17), de telle sorte que de préférence toutes les parois (13 ... 16) de la cavité de moule (17) ne sont ni perpendiculaires ni parallèles à l'axe de remplissage (18), mais forment un angle (22), caractérisé en ce que la ou chaque cavité de moule (17) est configurée sous forme rectangulaire en plan et présente quatre parois (13 ... 16), qui s'étendent de manière orientée en oblique par rapport à l'axe de remplissage (18), ou en ce que, dans le cas de cavités de moule (17) carrées en plan, seuls les axes de symétrie qui passent par les centres des parois (13 ... 16) sont orientés en oblique par rapport à l'axe de remplissage (18).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que l'angle (22) entre l'axe de remplissage (18) et l'axe de symétrie est d'au moins 5°, de préférence compris entre 5° et 30°, notamment entre 5° et 20°. - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est adapté pour munir les blocs de béton (19) d'une structure de surface (20), une direction longitudinale de la structure de surface (20) s'étendant de manière orientée parallèlement à l'axe de remplissage (18). - Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que la structure de surface (20) est formée par un façonnage d'un côté supérieur du bloc de béton (19), le dispositif étant adapté pour appliquer la structure de surface (20) lors de la fabrication des blocs de béton (19). - Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le dispositif est adapté pour munir les blocs de béton (19) d'une teinte ou d'un changement de teinte, le dispositif étant adapté pour appliquer la teinte ou le changement de teinte parallèlement à l'axe de remplissage (18) ou parallèlement à la direction longitudinale de la structure de surface (20). - Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que le moule (12) présente une ou plusieurs cavités de moule (17). - Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que, dans le cas de plusieurs cavités de moule (17), les cavités de moule (17) individuelles sont agencées selon un même angle ou un angle ou plusieurs angles différents (22) par rapport à l'axe de remplissage (18) . - Dispositif selon la revendication 6, 7 ou l'une quelconque des autres revendications précédentes,
caractérisé en ce que plusieurs cavités de moule (17) sont agencées en une ou plusieurs rangées (23) et/ou colonnes (24), les angles (22) des cavités de moule (17) par rapport à l'axe de remplissage (18) coïncidant ou étant différents les uns des autres, notamment à l'intérieur d'une rangée (23) et/ou d'une colonne (24) ou de rangée (23) à rangée (23) ou de colonne (24) à colonne (24).
