Claims (11)

  1. Dispositif (1) pour le remplissage d'un récipient (100) avec un produit de remplissage, comprenant une soupape de remplissage (2) pour l'influence sur l'amenée du produit de remplissage dans le récipient (100) à remplir, de préférence pendant le transport du récipient (100) à remplir à l'aide d'un dispositif de transport de récipient, une soupape de dosage (40) pour le dosage d'un produit de dosage à partir d'un réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5) dans la soupape de remplissage (2), un réservoir de composant principal (3) pour la fourniture d'un composant principal à la soupape de remplissage (2),
    un dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) pour le changement du produit de dosage dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5) pendant l'opération de remplissage, et
    une soupape de gaz de serrage (44) conçue pour commander ou réguler la pression dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5), dans lequel
    le dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) est conçu pour commuter la soupape de gaz de serrage (44) de telle sorte que la pression est abaissée pour le repoussement du produit de dosage dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5).
  2. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) est conçu pour changer le produit de dosage dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4) pendant une étape de production, de préférence lorsque la vanne de remplissage (2) est fermée.
  3. Dispositif (1) selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) est conçu pour commuter l'ouverture ou la fermeture de la soupape de dosage (4) sur la base de la mesure d'un débitmètre (32) pour la détermination du flux du composant principal.
  4. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins deux soupapes de remplissage (2) sont prévues et les soupapes de dosage (40) sont reliées au réservoir de produit dosé (4) par l'intermédiaire d'une conduite annulaire (400) et la conduite annulaire (400) présente une pompe de circulation (410), dans lequel le dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) est conçu pour commuter la pompe de circulation (410) pour le changement du produit de dosage dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4).
  5. Dispositif (1) selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) est conçu pour commuter une soupape de changement de produit de dosage (420) afin d'évacuer le produit de dosage actuel de la conduite annulaire (400).
  6. Procédé pour le remplissage d'un récipient (100) avec un produit de remplissage, comprenant l'influence de l'amenée du produit de remplissage dans le récipient (100) à remplir à l'aide d'une soupape de remplissage (2), de préférence pendant le transport du récipient (100) à remplir, le dosage d'un produit de dosage à l'aide d'une soupape de dosage (40) depuis un réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5) dans la soupape de remplissage (2) et la fourniture d'un composant principal au niveau de la soupape de remplissage (2) à partir d'un réservoir de composant principal (3), dans lequel le produit de dosage est changé dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5) pendant l'opération de remplissage à l'aide d'un dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6), et
    le dispositif de changement de produit de dosage (6) commute une soupape de gaz de serrage (44), qui commande ou régule la pression dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4, 5), de telle sorte que la pression est abaissée pour le repoussement du produit de dosage dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4).
  7. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le produit de dosage est changé pendant une étape de production, de préférence lorsque la soupape de remplissage (2) est fermée.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce qu'après le refoulement du produit de dosage, le produit de dosage est remplacé dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4), puis la pression dans le réservoir de produit de dosage (4) est à nouveau augmentée de telle sorte que la pression du produit de dosage présente au niveau de la soupape de remplissage (2) est supérieure à la pression du composant principal présente au niveau de la soupape de remplissage.
  9. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que le refoulement du produit de dosage à l'aide du composant principal est commandé en tenant compte d'un débitmètre (32).
  10. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'une pompe de circulation (410) présente dans une conduite annulaire (400) est commutée pour le pompage du produit de dosage hors de la conduite annulaire (400) et pour l'introduction du nouveau produit de dosage.
  11. Procédé selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce que le produit de dosage est expulsé de la conduite annulaire (400) à l'aide d'un autre fluide et à l'aide de la pompe de circulation (410).
