Definitions

  • the invention relates to a finger spray pump according to the features of the preamble of claim 1.
  • Finger spray pumps of the type in question are known. It is, for example, on the EP 1 935 503 B1 ( US 8,056,770 B2 ) referred. Such finger spray pumps are used, for example, for spray discharge of a liquid medium.
  • the outlet valve preferably only opens when a predetermined pressure is reached within the pump chamber after the pump head has been appropriately finger-pressed, after which the medium can exit via the medium path and the outlet nozzle.
  • the pump head can be further displaced, in particular lowered, by overcoming the force of one of the springs, in order to push out the medium located in the pump chamber.
  • nozzle head designed on a finger spray pump
  • nozzle heads are used to spray the medium when the spray pump is actuated, with swirling of the medium being achieved in the nozzle head in the region of the central chamber before it is dispensed.
  • the receiving pin is completely cylindrical with regard to its peripheral surface educated. Furthermore, it is from the EP 711571 A1 a nozzle head with a receiving pin is known, which has a graduated circumferential surface having. Branch channels are formed in the cap, which run radially outward to the cap wall delimiting there.
  • the piston rod cylinder part is formed cylindrically continuous at the end with respect to a movement of the pump piston.
  • a finger spray pump is known in which the piston is in its lowest part in a support system on a valve part in a rest position.
  • the invention is concerned with the task of providing a finger spray pump with a favorable design in relation to the support of the pump piston.
  • the piston rod is composed of a central piston rod part and an outer piston rod-cylinder part, that the piston rod-cylinder part has a taper at its end on the piston side, which tapers further into an end compared to the taper, the support shoulder extends further radially, and that the taper is assigned to a radially inner shoulder of the pump piston, which comes into contact with a spray-side flank of the taper in the spray position.
  • the pump piston is preferably given a compact design of the pump both in the sealing position and in the open position, as well as in each case the position between the sealing position and the open position, securely guided on the outer surface of the piston rod.
  • the support on (at least) two axially spaced apart areas counteracts a possible tilting of the pump piston from a strict alignment of the piston axis relative to a piston rod central axis. Rather, due to the axially spaced support, a coaxial alignment of the piston rod is preferred in every possible working position of the pump piston relative to the piston rod and pump pistons. The safe dispensing of reproducible quantities of the medium to be sprayed is ensured by the tilt-proof arrangement of the pump piston.
  • the support shoulder can have an outer diameter which corresponds to that of the piston rod cylinder part in a region encompassed by the springs.
  • the boundary surfaces of the inlet channels can be formed exclusively in the cap.

  • the free space can also be given as a result of corresponding recess areas with respect to the assigned outer or inner surface both on the piston rod and on the pump piston.

  • the inlet channels 50 are laterally delimited by sections of the rib 49 and on the upper side delimited by the cap base 43. Only the arrangement of the cap 39 on the receiving pin 38 leads to the complete encirclement of an inlet channel 50 using the pin-side end face 40 as Canal floor.
  • the inlet channels 50 open radially outward into an annular channel 52 which is set in the cap assignment position. This results from the stepped circumferential surface 42.
  • the guide channels 50 run tangentially to a central chamber 53 formed between the end face 40 and the cap base 43 in a plane transverse to the longitudinal axis y.
  • the central chamber 53 is preferably aligned coaxially to the longitudinal axis y, correspondingly having a circular cylindrical wall, into which wall the inlet channels 50 openly enter.
  • a lateral boundary wall which is formed by the rib 49, preferably runs tangentially into the ring wall of the central chamber 53 (cf. Figure 10 ).
  • the inlet channels 50 are evenly distributed angularly in the plan around the longitudinal axis y.
  • the continuous rib When viewed in the circumferential direction with respect to the longitudinal axis y, the continuous rib forms both the inner and the outer side wall of each inlet channel 50 and, moreover, a radially outer connecting wall between the inner and outer walls.
  • the cap 39 is seated on the end face 40, preferably with the entire rib surface facing the receiving pin 38.
  • the sealing surfaces 47 and 51 provide a targeted entry of medium through the liquid path 41 and the inlet channels 50 into the central chamber 53, from which the medium M can emerge swirled through the spray nozzle 48.
  • FIG 11 shows the possible arrangement and orientation of the inlet channels 50.
  • Each inlet channel 50 has a fluid axis a directed in the direction of the central chamber 53.
  • These (here three) fluid axes a run tangentially into a circle K in the area of the central chamber 53, the center of which is formed by the longitudinal axis y.
  • the circle K in this case has a diameter which is smaller than the diameter of the central chamber 53 which is not influenced by the inlet channels 50 and which is considered in relation to the longitudinal axis y.
  • the circle K can moreover be dimensioned larger than the free diameter or a large dimension transversely to the longitudinal axis y of the spray nozzle 48.
  • the related to the Fluid axes a in the clockwise direction upstream side walls 55 can run parallel to the side walls 54.
  • An arrangement is shown in which a side wall 55 encloses an acute angle of, for example, 10 to 30 °, further, for example, approximately 15 °, to the associated side wall 54 of the same inlet channel 50.
  • All side walls 54 and 55 can be formed by the completely circumferential rib 49.
