Claims (5)

  1. Tête d'applicateur cosmétique (13) comprenant une partie brosse moulée (14) et la partie brosse non moulée (15) ;
    la partie brosse moulée (14) comprend :
    une tige (14a) qui présente :
    une extrémité proximale (14b) ;
    une extrémité distale (14c) ; et
    un espace creux (14d) qui s'ouvre sur l'extrémité distale de la tige et sur une paroi latérale (14e) de la tige ;
    un corps principal (14f) qui présente :
    une extrémité proximale ouverte (14h) qui relie à l'extrémité distale (14c) de la tige (14a) ;
    une extrémité distale fermée (14i) ayant une rainure (14k) ;
    un élément semi-cylindrique (14g) qui définit un espace creux (14j), de sorte que l'espace creux (14j) du corps principal est contigu à l'espace creux (14d) de la tige ;

    le noyau de fil métallique torsadé (15a) de la partie brosse non moulée (15) repose dans l'espace creux (14j) de la partie brosse moulée (14) ;
    l'extrémité distale (15c) du noyau de fil métallique torsadé (15a) repose dans la rainure (14k) de la partie brosse moulée (14) ; et
    l'extrémité proximale (15b) du noyau de fil métallique torsadé (15a) repose dans l'espace creux (14d) de la partie brosse moulée (14)
    la tête d'applicateur cosmétique dans laquelle
    l'élément semi-cylindrique (14g) occupe un espace angulaire d'environ 180° à 200° ;
    l'enveloppe de poils semi-cylindrique occupe un espace angulaire d'environ 160° à 180° ; et
    l'espace creux (14d) de la tige (14a) est pourvu d'un ou plusieurs onglets flexibles (14m) qui permettent à l'extrémité proximale (15b) de la partie brosse non moulée (15) d'être forcée dans l'espace creux de la tige, mais qui empêchent qu'elle en soit accidentellement retirée.
  2. Tête d'applicateur cosmétique (13) selon la revendication 1, dans laquelle les poils (14l) de l'élément semi-cylindrique (14g) sont agencés en colonnes (14p), celles-ci étant au nombre de 4 à 10, chaque colonne comportant de 5 à 50 poils.
  3. Tête d'applicateur cosmétique (13) selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle l'extrémité distale fermée (14i) de la partie brosse moulée (14) présente une multitude de poils moulés (14l).
  4. Tête d'applicateur cosmétique (13) selon la revendication 1 dans laquelle la longueur de l'extrémité distale (15c) du noyau de fil métallique torsadé (15a) qui est dépourvue de poils est comprise entre 2 mm et 5 mm, et la longueur de l'extrémité proximale (15b) du noyau de fil métallique torsadé qui est dépourvue de poils est comprise entre 3 mm et 6 mm.
  5. Applicateur cosmétique comprenant une poignée (11), une tige allongée (12) et une tête d'applicateur (13) selon la revendication 1 qui dépend de l'extrémité distale (12a) de la tige.
