Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de production d'un outil de rectification, selon lequel un corps de base (4) d'outil est utilisé, qui, à la suite de l'application d'un liant (23), forme une surface adhésive (24) tridimensionnelle. Le corps de base (4) de l'outil est positionné de telle manière que la surface adhésive (24) est située dans un champ électrostatique (E) entre une première électrode (5) et une deuxième électrode (6). Des grains abrasifs (8, 9), qui se déplacent en direction de la surface adhésive (24) en raison du champ électrostatique (E) et qui y adhèrent, sont introduits dans le champ électrostatique (E). L'outil de rectification fabriqué de cette manière présente une couche (25) de grains adhésifs de forme tridimensionnelle. La production de l'outil de rectification est simple, flexible et économique.
