- the undercarriage according to the invention has the features of claim 1 and the transport and storage container according to the invention the features of claim 17.
- the base frame has an outer shell of a metal grid or sheet, and a bottom to Supporting the inner container, corner feet and arranged between the Eck Schot H middle feet and a floor cross member, wherein at least two middle feet at least the outer shell and the floor cross member are attached, wherein at least the respective metatarsus, the outer shell and the floor cross member by means of a screw in a mounting configuration with each other positively connected are.
- the positive connection takes place in particular by the fact that the screw engages with a screw thread in a thread in the floor cross member.
- the screw is in engagement with the floor cross member in such a way that a tensile force acting between the floor cross member and the outer jacket can be transmitted via the screw.
- the screw is so firmly connected to the floor cross member that a power flow, which as a result of a force acting on the outer sheath tensile force, can be introduced from the outer shell into the screw and derived by the screw on the floor crosspiece.
- the screw is thus directly connected to the ground crossbar.
- the screw is firmly connected to the respective midfoot, so that one of the Outer jacket, for example, as a result of a crash of the transport and storage container within the screw caused traction can be derived in the ground cross-piece and the metatarsus.
- a screw connection between the screw and the metatarsus is less subject to stress, which leads to increased stability or safety of the undercarriage without the need for further components.
- the metatarsus, the outer shell, the bottom and the floor cross member may be positively connected by means of the screw.
- the fastening configuration formed in this way also includes the base of the underframe, which does not necessarily have to be connected directly to it in the area of the middle feet.
- the passage openings may preferably be designed such that a sufficiently large clearance remains between inner edges of the passage openings and the screw.
- Outer jacket can then be formed in a peripheral edge of the outer shell. If the outer sheath is formed, for example, of intersecting, horizontal and vertical bars of metal, the passage openings can in each case be formed in a lower horizontal tube, which then forms the peripheral edge.
- a thread can be formed in the bottom, in which engages the screw. Accordingly, the screw would not only with the
- Metatarsal and the floor crossbeam connected by means of a screw connection but also with the bottom of the undercarriage. Traction forces formed in the screw can then also be introduced into the ground.
- the bottom cross member may preferably be formed of metal, wherein the bottom may be formed of metal or plastic material. It can also be provided integrally form the floor cross member, for example as a profile element or by forming
- the floor can also be made of a deep-drawn sheet metal particularly inexpensive and stable or alternatively made of a plastic material.
- the screw connection of the screw and floor cross member can be formed particularly easily if a passage opening for engagement of the screw is formed in the floor cross member. In this way it can be ensured that the screw is always screwed into the space provided on the floor cross member during assembly of the underframe.
- the passage opening may be formed as a round hole or as a slot.
- the bottom cross-piece has no passage opening for the screw, an increased force required for screwing the screw in the material of the floor crossbeam is required. Also, it is in the formation of a through hole of lesser importance which thickness has the material of the floor cross member. So then the floor cross member can be made very stable.
- an inner diameter of the through hole may be smaller than an outer diameter of the screw. In this way, it can then be ensured that a thread of the screw actually engages in the area of the passage opening with the material of the floor crosspiece.
- the passage opening can be formed with a depression.
- An indentation or beading allows for easier insertion of the screw in the through hole, such that the screw is guided to the passage opening.
- the area of the passage opening or screw connection is stabilized by the countersinking, so that a tearing out of the screw from the floor crossbeam is made more difficult.
- the recess can also be designed so that an inner edge of the passage opening in the floor crosshead forms a single thread or is approximated to a pitch of the screw.
- the depression can be formed with an opening angle of 90 °.
- the depression may be round or oval or with a slot. It is possible for a thread or internal thread to be formed in the floor cross member, in which the screw engages. In this case, a thread can already be formed in a passage opening into which the screw is simply screwed.
- the thread can also be formed by means of the screw.
- the thread can be cut or molded by means of the screw in the floor crosspiece.
- the screw can then be a self-tapping screw or a thread-forming screw.
- a so-called tapping screw or a so-called screw nail can be used to form the thread and for connection to the bottom crossbeam and the metatarsus.
- the screw can be positively engaged with the metatarsus, such that a traction force formed between the metatarsus and the outer shell is transferable via the screw.
- the pulling force can thus, as already stated above, not be completely initiated by the screw alone in the metatarsus, but be absorbed to a considerable extent by the ground crosspiece.
- the screwed into the metatarsal screw or the thus formed screw is then less stressed, so that, especially in middle feet of plastic material or wood, a tearing of the screw from the metatarsus can be avoided.
- Metatarsus be connected.
- the tensile force introduced into the floor crossmember can then be transmitted to the metatarsal via the screw.
- the formation of this further fastening configuration of ground cross-beam, further screw and metatarsus can advantageously prevent a tearing of the metatarsus from the ground crosspiece as a result of a fall of the transport and storage container. In this way, lateral forces acting on the midfoot can be introduced into the floor crossbeam via the additional screw.
- the middle feet are formed of a plastic material. Such middle feet are particularly stable, insensitive to moisture and can be produced inexpensively. Alternatively, the middle feet may be formed of metal, wood or other suitable material.
- a thread may be formed, in which engages the screw.
- An internal thread in the metatarsus may be cut or molded by the screw itself.
- the middle foot may be formed so that it already has a thread.
- a recess such as a countersink or a bore may be formed to ensure safe guidance and positioning of the screw during assembly.
- the subframe may have two opposite middle feet, which are connected to each other via the floor crossmember.
- the bottom of the undercarriage can be particularly easily supported or stabilized by means of the floor traverse.
- the bottom crossbeam can connect three middle feet together, wherein the third metatarsus can then be secured in a middle between the two outer middle feet on the floor traverse verses.
- a clip may be provided, which surrounds the bottom cross member, the bottom and a peripheral edge of the outer shell, wherein the screw can then pass through the legs of the clip.
- the clip may then be bolted to the peripheral edge, the bottom, the bottom crossbeam and the midfoot, whereby a tensile force acting on the screw can be at least partially derived from the clip.

Abstract
Description
Palettenartiges Untergestell für Transport- und Lagerbehälter für Flüssigkeiten Pallet-type base for transport and storage containers for liquids
Weiter betrifft die Erfindung einen The invention relates to a pallet-like base, in particular for transport and storage containers for liquids, which are equipped with an inner container made of plastic, with a closable filler neck and a discharge nozzle for connecting a removal fitting, wherein the base frame an outer shell of a metal mesh or sheet, and a Floor for supporting the inner container, corner feet and disposed between the Eckfüßen middle feet and a floor cross member, wherein at least two middle feet at least the outer shell and the floor cross member are fixed, wherein the respective metatarsus, the outer shell and the floor cross member are positively connected by a screw. Furthermore, the invention relates to a
Transport- und Lagerbehälter mit einem derartigen Untergestell. Transport and storage container with such a base.
Underframes of the type mentioned form a, for example, with suitable Hubstapeleinrichtungen manageable platform for storage and transport of plastic inner container formed. The outer jacket serves to protect the relatively vulnerable inner container from damage. The pallet-like subframe So ll ll therefore absorb particular shock loads that can act on the inner container, for example, in a collision of the transport and storage container on a floor. In particular, with an oblique impact of the transport and storage container on the ground or a substrate, it may come info lge the inertia of a flowable medium located in the inner container to deformation or slipping of the inner container on the bottom of the base. Info lge the outer sheath can be deformed in the region of the bottom of the base frame so that a protective cover formed by the outer shell and bottom of the base frame of the inner container in this area ruptures and the inner container is damaged. For transport and storage containers, which are intended for the transport of dangerous goods, therefore, appropriate, standardized drop tests are provided, although it is desirable to secure transport and storage containers in general against such damage.
In order to produce the bases for transport and storage containers as stable as possible at a reasonable cost of materials and low cost, it is known to bolt the outer shell directly with the interposition of the soil with the feet. The bottom and the feet of the undercarriage form a pallet, wherein the feet on an underside can also be interconnected by runners or a frame. Since the bottom serves to support the inner container, a bottom cross member is regularly provided below the bottom, which is arranged between two middle feet and connects them together. The bottom cross member also serves to stabilize the undercarriage in the event of an impact of the transport and storage container along a Fußrahmenseite on a substrate.
Bei dem vorbeschriebenen Aufprall des Transport- und Lagerbehälters längs einer Fußrahmenseite kann es nun in Folge einer erheblichenIn the known transport and storage containers or bases of the outer shell or a lower surface of the outer shell is connected to the bottom, the floor cross member and the middle feet by means of screws. To make the base as simple and as possible To make inexpensive, the screw is passed through sufficiently large through holes in the peripheral edge, the bottom and the floor cross member and screwed only in the metatarsus. In the above-mentioned impact of the transport and storage container along a Fußrahmenseite it may now be a result of a considerable
Tensile stress of the screw to a tearing of the screw or to a tearing of the thread S screw from the metatarsal, whereupon the lower peripheral edge of the outer shell is separated from the bottom of the underframe so that the inner container can be deformed or damaged in this area. A pulling force acting on the screw from the peripheral edge of the outer sheath acts directly on the connection between the screw and the metatarsus, since a force flow alone, starting from the peripheral edge through the screw, passes to the metatarsus. In particular, if lightweight and inexpensive materials such as plastic or wood are to be used for the metatarsus, therefore, the screw and metatarsal screw connection has proven to be a weak point in case tests. In addition, the screw can be incorrectly positioned or "over-tightened" during assembly Depending on the storage location, even high temperatures can weaken a screw connection with, for example, plastic.
It is essential in such a mounting configuration that, to facilitate a relative positioning of the components in a mounting sufficiently large through holes are provided in the peripheral edge, in the bottom and in the floor cross so that they can be easily aligned relative to each other and the screw easily inserted through the through holes and can be screwed to the metatarsus. In particular, it is also advantageous if the passage openings are so generously dimensioned that a comparatively large clearance is formed between the aforementioned components and the screw. The present invention is therefore based on the object, a pallet-like base for a transport and storage container for liquids and a transport and storage container with a
To propose subframe, which ensures one or the increased security and yet easy and inexpensive to produce.
To solve this problem, the undercarriage according to the invention has the features of claim 1 and the transport and storage container according to the invention the features of claim 17.
In the undercarriage according to the invention, in particular for transport and storage containers for liquids, which are equipped with an inner container made of plastic, with a closable filler neck and an emptying nozzle for connecting a removal fitting, the base frame has an outer shell of a metal grid or sheet, and a bottom to Supporting the inner container, corner feet and arranged between the Eckfüßen middle feet and a floor cross member, wherein at least two middle feet at least the outer shell and the floor cross member are attached, wherein at least the respective metatarsus, the outer shell and the floor cross member by means of a screw in a mounting configuration with each other positively connected are.
The positive connection takes place in particular by the fact that the screw engages with a screw thread in a thread in the floor cross member. Thus, the screw is in engagement with the floor cross member in such a way that a tensile force acting between the floor cross member and the outer jacket can be transmitted via the screw. Accordingly, the screw is so firmly connected to the floor cross member that a power flow, which as a result of a force acting on the outer sheath tensile force, can be introduced from the outer shell into the screw and derived by the screw on the floor crosspiece. The screw is thus directly connected to the ground crossbar. Furthermore, the screw is firmly connected to the respective midfoot, so that one of the Outer jacket, for example, as a result of a crash of the transport and storage container within the screw caused traction can be derived in the ground cross-piece and the metatarsus. A screw connection between the screw and the metatarsus is less subject to stress, which leads to increased stability or safety of the undercarriage without the need for further components. There is no risk of corrosion when the screw and floor cross-piece are screwed together, since the screw is firmly connected or screwed to the floor cross member, so that a corrosion protection layer of a surface can not be destroyed by a relative movement of the components or no abrasion can occur.
In a preferred embodiment, the metatarsus, the outer shell, the bottom and the floor cross member may be positively connected by means of the screw. Then the fastening configuration formed in this way also includes the base of the underframe, which does not necessarily have to be connected directly to it in the area of the middle feet.
Die Durchgangsöffnungen in dem Next, the screw can then in each case pass through through openings formed in the outer casing and the bottom. The passage openings may preferably be designed such that a sufficiently large clearance remains between inner edges of the passage openings and the screw. The passage openings in the
Outer jacket can then be formed in a peripheral edge of the outer shell. If the outer sheath is formed, for example, of intersecting, horizontal and vertical bars of metal, the passage openings can in each case be formed in a lower horizontal tube, which then forms the peripheral edge.
Demnach wäre die Schraube nicht nur mit demAlternatively, a thread can be formed in the bottom, in which engages the screw. Accordingly, the screw would not only with the
Metatarsal and the floor crossbeam connected by means of a screw connection, but also with the bottom of the undercarriage. Traction forces formed in the screw can then also be introduced into the ground.
The bottom cross member may preferably be formed of metal, wherein the bottom may be formed of metal or plastic material. It can also be provided integrally form the floor cross member, for example as a profile element or by forming
Metallblech hergestelltes Bauelement. Sheet metal manufactured component. The floor can also be made of a deep-drawn sheet metal particularly inexpensive and stable or alternatively made of a plastic material. The screw connection of the screw and floor cross member can be formed particularly easily if a passage opening for engagement of the screw is formed in the floor cross member. In this way it can be ensured that the screw is always screwed into the space provided on the floor cross member during assembly of the underframe. The passage opening may be formed as a round hole or as a slot. In particular, if the bottom cross-piece has no passage opening for the screw, an increased force required for screwing the screw in the material of the floor crossbeam is required. Also, it is in the formation of a through hole of lesser importance which thickness has the material of the floor cross member. So then the floor cross member can be made very stable.
Further, an inner diameter of the through hole may be smaller than an outer diameter of the screw. In this way, it can then be ensured that a thread of the screw actually engages in the area of the passage opening with the material of the floor crosspiece.
Advantageously, the passage opening can be formed with a depression. An indentation or beading allows for easier insertion of the screw in the through hole, such that the screw is guided to the passage opening. Furthermore, the area of the passage opening or screw connection is stabilized by the countersinking, so that a tearing out of the screw from the floor crossbeam is made more difficult. The recess can also be designed so that an inner edge of the passage opening in the floor crosshead forms a single thread or is approximated to a pitch of the screw. The depression can be formed with an opening angle of 90 °. In addition, the depression may be round or oval or with a slot. It is possible for a thread or internal thread to be formed in the floor cross member, in which the screw engages. In this case, a thread can already be formed in a passage opening into which the screw is simply screwed.
The thread can also be formed by means of the screw. The thread can be cut or molded by means of the screw in the floor crosspiece. The screw can then be a self-tapping screw or a thread-forming screw. Also, a so-called tapping screw or a so-called screw nail can be used to form the thread and for connection to the bottom crossbeam and the metatarsus.
Um das Untergestell noch sicherer bzw. stabiler auszubilden, kann die Bodentraverse mit einer weiteren Schraube formschlüssig mit dem Accordingly, the screw can be positively engaged with the metatarsus, such that a traction force formed between the metatarsus and the outer shell is transferable via the screw. The pulling force can thus, as already stated above, not be completely initiated by the screw alone in the metatarsus, but be absorbed to a considerable extent by the ground crosspiece. The screwed into the metatarsal screw or the thus formed screw is then less stressed, so that, especially in middle feet of plastic material or wood, a tearing of the screw from the metatarsus can be avoided. To make the lower frame even safer or more stable, the bottom cross-piece with a further screw form-fitting with the
Metatarsus be connected. The tensile force introduced into the floor crossmember can then be transmitted to the metatarsal via the screw. The formation of this further fastening configuration of ground cross-beam, further screw and metatarsus can advantageously prevent a tearing of the metatarsus from the ground crosspiece as a result of a fall of the transport and storage container. In this way, lateral forces acting on the midfoot can be introduced into the floor crossbeam via the additional screw.
It has proven to be particularly advantageous if the middle feet are formed of a plastic material. Such middle feet are particularly stable, insensitive to moisture and can be produced inexpensively. Alternatively, the middle feet may be formed of metal, wood or other suitable material.
In the middle foot, a thread may be formed, in which engages the screw. An internal thread in the metatarsus may be cut or molded by the screw itself. Also, the middle foot may be formed so that it already has a thread. Preferably, in the metatarsus a recess, such as a countersink or a bore may be formed to ensure safe guidance and positioning of the screw during assembly.
The subframe may have two opposite middle feet, which are connected to each other via the floor crossmember. Thus, the bottom of the undercarriage can be particularly easily supported or stabilized by means of the floor traverse. Also, the bottom crossbeam can connect three middle feet together, wherein the third metatarsus can then be secured in a middle between the two outer middle feet on the floor traverse verses. Alternatively, it is also possible by means of the ground cross-piece to connect two middle feet, which are relative to each other are arranged on the ground at right-angled side edges of the soil, so that the ground cross-piece runs diagonally below the ground.
In addition, a clip may be provided, which surrounds the bottom cross member, the bottom and a peripheral edge of the outer shell, wherein the screw can then pass through the legs of the clip. The clip may then be bolted to the peripheral edge, the bottom, the bottom crossbeam and the midfoot, whereby a tensile force acting on the screw can be at least partially derived from the clip.
Aus der vergrößerten Darstellung der Fig. 6 ist ersichtlich, dass dieA synopsis of Fig. 5 and 6 shows a sectional view of a base frame 5 1 of a transport and storage container not shown here in the region of a metatarsus 52. The basic structure of the transport and storage container and the undercarriage 5 1 corresponds to that in FIGS to 4 shown transport and storage containers with the exception of the differences described below. An outer casing 53 of the undercarriage 5 1 rests with a tube 54 on a circumferential bearing surface 55 of a bottom 56 of the undercarriage 5 1. The bottom 56 is in turn in an edge region 57 of the metatarsus 52 together with an integral profile body 58, which forms a bottom cross member 59, on. The bottom crosspiece 59 and the profile body 58 connects the metatarsus 52 with an opposite metatarsal not shown here. Further, a screw 60 is provided, which is screwed into a top 61 of the middle foot 52 made of plastic material and thus forms a screw 62. The Screw 60 thus connects the outer jacket 53 via the tube 54 to the bottom 56, the profile body 58 and the bottom crosspiece 59 and the metatarsus, whereby a fastening configuration 63 is formed in an attachment point 64 on the metatarsus 52. From the enlarged view of Fig. 6 it can be seen that the
Profile body 58 is passed. In particular, an inner diameter 68 of the through-opening 65 and an inner diameter 69 of the through-opening 66 are selected such that the screw 60 or a shank 70 of the screw 60 is guided through the through-openings 65 and 66 while forming a clearance. An internal diameter of the passage opening 67, which can no longer be seen, is smaller than an outer diameter 71 of the screw 60, so that when the screw 60 is screwed into the passage opening 67 in the passage opening 67 by means of an external thread 72 of the screw 60, an internal thread 73 in the passage opening 67 and thus a screw 74 between the bottom beam 59 and the screw 60 is formed. A caused by the above-described load case of a fall of the transport and storage container pulling force acting in the direction of a longitudinal axis 75 of the screw 60 is introduced as soon as possible via the screw 60 in the metatarsus 53, wherein a part of the tensile force also in the profile body 58th or the bottom beam 59 is initiated as a result of the formation of the screw 74. The threaded connection 62 with the middle foot 52 is relieved of this part of the tensile force, without the need to use the known from the prior art clamp.
In addition, a second screw 76 is provided, by means of which the profile body 58 is connected to the middle foot 52 by screwing. The screw 76, the profile body 58 and the metatarsus 52 thus form a further fastening configuration 77, which serves for the secure arrangement of the metatarsus 52 on the profile body 58.
Fig. 7 shows a perspective view of the base frame 5 1 without representation of the soil. In particular, it can be seen that the outer jacket 53 is formed of vertical bars 78 and horizontal bars 79, wherein a lower grid bar 79 of the outer jacket 53 forms the tube 54.
FIG. 8 shows an end 80 of the bottom crosspiece 59, which rests on the upper side 6 1 of the midfoot 52. The bottom crosspiece 59 and the profile body 58 is formed from a formed metal sheet and in particular has a passage opening 8 1 for the screw 76. An inner diameter 82 of the passage opening 8 1 is formed so that the screw 76 can be easily inserted through the passage opening 8 1 or screwed. The passage opening 67 has no internal thread in the illustration shown here, since the screw 60 has not yet been screwed in and consequently no thread has yet been formed. Furthermore, a depression 83 is formed in the region of the passage opening 67. The recess 83 serves to stiffen the later formed screwing and guiding the screw during assembly. An inner diameter 84 of the passage opening 67 is, in particular, smaller than the external thread 72 of the screw 60.
