Claims (12)
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1), dazu vorgesehen von einem Fahrzeug (2) mit Schleppkupplung gezogen zu werden, wobei der Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) umfasst:- ein Fahrgestell (3), welches sich in einer ersten Richtung (I-I) erstreckt und eine Schneeräumschaufel (4, 5) umfasst, die schwenkbar an das Fahrgestell (3) angelenkt ist und mittels Verlagermitteln (23) mit Hydraulikzylindern (24, 25), um eine fünfte Richtung (VII-VII), im Wesentlichen parallel zu der ersten Richtung (I-I), zwischen einer Ruhestellung und einer Arbeitsstellung verlagerbar ist,- mindestens ein Rad (6a, 6b), welches das Fahrgestell (3) trägt, wobei die Radachse des Rads (6a-6d) mittels der Ausrichtmittel (7) gezielt zwischen einer ersten Position, in welcher die Radachsenachse (7a-7d), um die sich das Rad (6a-6d) dreht, senkrecht zu der ersten Richtung (I-I) ausgerichtet ist, und mindestens einer zweiten Position, in welcher die Radachsenachse (7a-7d), um die sich das Rad (6a-6d) dreht, einen von 90° abweichenden Winkel (A) mit der ersten Richtung (I-I) aufspannt, ausrichtbar ist, wobei die Ausrichtmittel (7) einen zweiten doppelwirkenden Hubzylinder (14) umfassen, dessen eines Ende an dem Fahrgestell (3) fixiert ist und dessen anderes Ende mit der Radachsenachse (7a-7d), um die sich das Rad (6a-6d) dreht, gekoppelt ist und der ausgebildet ist, die Radachse des Rads (6a-6d) zwischen ihrer ersten Stellung und ihrer zweiten Stellung durch Schwenken um eine Schwenkrichtung (Va-Va; Vb-Vb; Vc-Vc; Vd-Vd), im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer durch die erste Richtung und die Radachsenachse (7a-7d) des Rads (6a-6d) definierte Ebene, zu verlagern,- eine Deichsel (8), welche sich in einer zweiten Richtung (II-II) zwischen einem ersten (8a) und einem zweiten Ende (8b) erstreckt,- erste Verbindungsmittel (9) am ersten Ende (8a) der Deichsel (8), welche eine frei schwenkende Verbindung mit der Kupplung des Zugfahrzeugs (2) um eine dritte Richtung (III-III), im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu einer durch die erste Richtung (I-I) und die Radachsenachse (7a-7d), um die sich das mindestens eine Rad (6a-6d) dreht, definierte Ebene, ermöglichen,wobei:- die Deichsel (8) an ihrem zweiten Ende (8b) an das Fahrgestell (3) schwenkbar um eine vierte Richtung (IV-IV), im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der durch die erste Richtung (I-I) und die Radachsenachse (7a-7d), um die sich das mindestens eine Rad (6a-6d) dreht, definierte Ebene, angelenkt ist,- es Schwenkmittel (10) ermöglichen, das Fahrgestell (3) des Anhängers (1) gezielt gegenüber der Deichsel (8) zu verschwenken, und die Winkelstellung relativ zu dem Fahrgestell (3) des Anhängers (1) und zu der Deichsel (8), zwischen einer Transportstellung, in welcher die erste (I-I) und die zweite Richtung (II-II) im Wesentlichen parallel sind, und mindestens einer Schneeräumstellung, in welcher die erste (I-I) und die zweite Richtung (II-II) zwischen sich einen Winkel (B) ungleich null, aufspannen, zu fixieren, wobei die Schwenkmittel (10) einen ersten, doppelwirkenden Hubzylinder (11) umfassen, dessen eines Ende (11a) an der Deichsel (8) fixiert ist und dessen anderes Ende (11b) an dem Fahrgestell (3) fixiert ist, der ausgebildet ist, die Deichsel (8) und das Fahrgestell (3) zwischen ihrer Transportstellung und Schneeräumstellung zu verschwenken, und ausgebildet ist, die Winkelstellung relativ zu dem Fahrgestell (3) des Anhängers (1) und zu der Deichsel (8) zu fixieren,dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) Sicherheitsmittel umfasst, die einem einzigen Steuerknopf (46) umfassen, mit dem Folgendes simultan gesteuert werden kann:- ein erstes Hydraulikventil (37) zur Versorgung der Hydraulikzylinder (11, 14) der Schwenkmittel (10) und der Ausrichtmittel (7),- einem dritten Hydraulikventil (41) zur Versorgung der Hydraulikzylinder (24, 25) der Verlagermittel (23),sodass deren Kolben zurückgezogen werden, um die Verlagerung der Deichsel (8) und des Fahrgestells (3) gegenüber ihre Transportstellung, die Verlagerung des Rades (6a-6d) gegenüber dessen erster Stellung und die Verlagerung der Schneeräumschaufel (4-5) gegenüber ihrer Ruheposition simultan zu steuern.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach Anspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Deichsel-Verriegelungsstange (13) mit einer festen Länge umfasst, deren eines Ende (13b) mit der Deichsel (8) verbindbar ist und deren anderes Ende (13a) mit dem Fahrgestell (3) verbindbar ist, um die Deichsel (8) auf dem Fahrgestell (3) in der Transportstellung zu fixieren.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 oder 2, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Ausrichtfixierungsstange (22a-22d) mit einer festen Länge umfasst, deren eines Ende (221a) mit der Radachsenachse (7a-7d), um die sich das Rad (6a-6d) dreht, verbindbar ist und deren anderes Ende (222a) mit dem Fahrgestell (3) verbindbar ist, um das Rad (6a-6d) in der ersten Stellung gegen Drehung zu fixieren.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 3, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- dieser mindestens zwei Räder (6a, 6b; 6c, 6d) umfasst, die auf der einen und der anderen Seiten des Fahrgestells (3) in einer transversalen Fahrgestells-Richtung (VIII-VIII) angeordnet sind,- in der Arbeitsstellung die Arbeitskante der Schneeräumschaufel (4, 5) entlang der vierten Richtung (IV-IV) im Wesentlichen auf gleicher Höhe mit dem Kontaktbereich der Räder (6a-6d) mit der Fahrbahn (C) angeordnet ist,- in der Ruhestellung die Arbeitskante der Schneeräumschaufel (4, 5) entlang der vierten Richtung (IV-IV) höher als die Räder (6a-6d) angeordnet ist,- in der Ruhestellung die Schneeräumschaufel (4, 5) zumindest teilweise oberhalb eines in der ersten Stellung angeordneten Rads (6a-6d) angeordnet ist.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 4, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser Mittel zur Verriegelung (28) der Schneeräumschaufel (4, 5) in der Ruhestellung umfasst.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 5, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser eine Vorrichtung zum Streuen (33) von Salz oder Sand umfasst, deren Längsposition auf dem Fahrgestell (3) translativ entlang der ersten Richtung (I-I) nachstellbar ist.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 6, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- dieser mehrere Räder (6a-6d) umfasst, die sich jeweils um eine entsprechende Radachsenachse (7a-7d) drehen,- jede Radachse eines Rads (6a-6d) mittels der Ausrichtmittel (7) zum Schwenken um eine jeweilige Schwenkrichtung (Va-Va; Vb-Vb; Vc-Vc; Vd-Vd), im Wesentlichen senkrecht zu der durch die erste Richtung (I-I) und dessen Radachsenachse (7a-7d) definierte Ebene, gezielt ausrichtbar ist.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 7, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Ausrichtmittel (7) und/oder die Schwenkmittel (10) durch mindestens eine hydraulische Pumpe (35), die von dem Fahrgestell (3) getragen wird, gespeist werden.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 8, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass dieser synchronisierte Steuermittel, Ausrichtmittel (7) und Schwenkmittel (10) umfasst.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 8 oder 9, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass:- die Ausrichtmittel (7) und die Schwenkmittel (10) von einem ersten Fluidkompressor (38) gespeist werden,- die Verlagermittel (23) der Schneeräumschaufel (4, 5) von einem zweiten Fluidkompressor (39) gespeist werden.
- Anhänger zum Schneeräumen (1) nach Anspruch 10, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass der erste (38) und der zweite Fluidkompressor (39) als Bestandteil einer einzigen und derselben hydraulischen Doppelpumpe (35) ausgebildet sind.
- Verfahren zum Schneeräumen mittels:- eines Zugfahrzeugs (2), umfassend eine Schneeräumschaufel (47),- eines Anhängers zum Schneeräumen (1) nach einem der Ansprüche 1 bis 11,bei welchem während des Schneeräumens die Schwenkmittel (10) zum Schwenken der Deichsel (8) gegenüber dem Fahrgestell (3) des Anhängers gesteuert werden und die Ausrichtmittel (7) zum Schwenken des mindestens einen Rads (6a-6d) gegenüber dem Fahrgestell (3) des Anhängers derart gesteuert werden, dass die mittels der Schneeräumschaufeln (4, 47) geräumten Bereiche eine Überlappung (R) ausbilden.
