    dans lequel la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) reliant les arêtes latérales (5, 6) des surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) présente au moins deux surfaces (7a, 7b) formant un angle (α), au moins une des deux surfaces (7a, 7b) de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (7) forme avec une des surfaces latérales (3) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) un angle obtus (β),
    la surface (8) opposée dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre à la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) du profil de butée (2) présente au moins deux surfaces (8a, 8b) formant un angle (χ),

    le profil de butée (2) peut être agencé au niveau de la paroi (W) d'un intrados ou au moins partiellement dans la paroi (W) d'un intrados et ne dépasse pas de l'intrados, et
    le panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) est pourvu d'une charnière (13) et l'axe de rotation (D) de la charnière (13) est agencé à une distance de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) reliant les arêtes latérales (5, 6) des surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1).
  3. Appareil selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que l'angle obtus (β) entre l'au moins une surface (7a) de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) et une des surfaces latérales (3) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) et l'angle aigu (δ) entre l'au moins une surface (8a) du profil de butée (2) et le plan (9) s'étendant dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre parallèlement à une des ou aux surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) produisent en addition (β+δ) une valeur angulaire de 178° à 182°, de préférence une valeur angulaire de 180°.
  4. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que l'angle obtus (β) entre l'au moins une surface (7a) de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) et une des surfaces latérales (3) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) présente un angle (β) de plus de 90° jusqu'à moins de 180°, de préférence un angle (β) de 100° jusqu'à 120°, le plus préférentiellement un angle (β) de 111°.
  5. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que l'angle aigu (δ) entre l'au moins une surface (8a) du profil de butée (2) et le plan (9) s'étendant dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre parallèlement à une des ou aux surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) présente un angle (δ) de plus de 0° jusqu'à moins de 90°, de préférence un angle (δ) de 60° jusqu'à 80°, le plus préférentiellement un angle (δ) de 69°.
  6. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux surfaces (7a, 7b) de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) reliant les arêtes latérales (5, 6) des surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) forment un angle (α) de 75° jusqu'à 105°, de préférence un angle (α) de 85° jusqu'à 95°, le plus préférentiellement un angle (a) de 90°.
  7. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé en ce que les au moins deux surfaces (8a, 8b) de la surface (8) du profil de butée (2) opposée dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre à la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) forment un angle (χ) de 75° jusqu'à 105°, de préférence un angle (χ) de 85° à 95°, le plus préférentiellement un angle (χ) de 90°.
  8. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une des surfaces (7c) de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) reliant les arêtes latérales (5, 6) des surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) est une section d'arc de cercle.
  9. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé en ce que la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) reliant les arêtes latérales (5, 6) des surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) présente au moins trois surfaces (7a, 7b, 7c), dont respectivement deux forment entre elles un angle (α ou ε).
  10. Appareil selon la revendication 9, caractérisé en ce qu'une des au moins trois surfaces (7c) s'étend perpendiculairement aux surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1), de préférence une surface (7c) se raccordant à une arête latérale (6) d'une des surfaces latérales (4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) de la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1).
  11. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que la surface (8) du profil de butée (2) opposée dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre à la surface étroite (7) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) forment au moins trois surfaces (8a, 8b, 8c), dont respectivement deux forment entre elles un angle (χ ou φ).
  12. Appareil selon la revendication 11, caractérisé en ce qu'une des au moins trois surfaces (8c) s'étend perpendiculairement à un plan (9) s'étendant dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre parallèlement à une des ou aux surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1).
  13. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le profil de butée (2) présente au moins un profil d'étanchéité (10), de préférence au niveau ou sur la surface (8b) qui se raccorde à la surface (8a) qui forme avec le plan (9) s'étendant dans l'état de fermeture de la porte ou de la fenêtre parallèlement à une des ou aux surfaces latérales (3, 4) du panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) l'angle aigu (δ).
  14. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 13, caractérisé en ce que la distance s'élève entre 40 mm et 80 mm, le plus préférentiellement à 60 mm.
  15. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 2 à 14, caractérisé en ce que l'axe de rotation (D) de la charnière (13) est agencé sensiblement au milieu de l'épaisseur de panneau de porte ou de fenêtre.
  16. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce que le profil de butée (2) est en bois massif et/ou matériau dérivé du bois, et est de préférence en une seule partie.
  17. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 16, caractérisé en ce que celui-ci est réalisé à des fins de protection incendie et/ou à des fins de protection contre les fumées, de préférence une porte coupe-feu, une porte anti-fumée, une fenêtre coupe-feu ou une fenêtre anti-fumée.
  18. Appareil selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 17 à des fins de protection incendie et/ou protection contre les fumées, en particulier une porte coupe-feu ou une fenêtre coupe-feu, dans lequel le panneau de porte ou de fenêtre (1) présente au moins une vitre pare-feu.
