Description

The present invention relates to a device for closing an opening, namely a door or a window, with a door or window leaf and at least one stop profile which interacts with the door or window leaf in a largely form-fitting manner when the door or window is closed. Numerous devices for closing an opening, in particular doors or windows, are known in the prior art. The door leaf of a door or the window leaf of a window when closed usually hits against a stop, which can optionally be provided with a seal. The stop itself is usually provided or formed by the door or window frame or the door or window frame. Usually, the narrow surface of the door or window leaf connecting the side edges of the side surfaces of the door or window leaf and, accordingly, the surface of the stop for the same is formed by a single surface running perpendicular to the side surfaces or with a step-like projection or recess.

The disadvantage of the known doors or windows is that at least the stop protrudes towards the masonry, especially when a door frame of a door is mounted within a hallway passage, and thus reduces the clear passage.

In addition, the sealing of the known doors or windows is sometimes problematic, especially in the case of doors or windows that close tightly in accordance with building regulations, as they are intended in particular for the purposes of fire protection and/or smoke protection, in particular in the case of fire protection doors or fire protection windows and/or smoke protection doors or.

Smoke protection windows, which are designed to prevent not only the spread of fire and/or smoke, but also sometimes also an inadmissible transfer of heat, depending on their fire resistance period. For example, in the case of swing doors in which a narrow surface connecting the side edges of the side surfaces of the door leaf is curved or rounded, sealing in the area of the curved or rounded narrow surface of the door leaf is usually not possible or only possible with brushes. Such brushes are mounted in the area of the rounded narrow surface of the door leaf, for example on the rounded narrow surface of the door leaf or on the stop, but do not enable a clean seal that is particularly sufficient for fire protection purposes.

The NL 6406521 A discloses a watertight and airtight window frame made of wood or metal, comprising correctly fitted grooves and corresponding brass, which do not fit exactly together but carry water and form double-acting, wind-dampening seats for changing direction.

The invention is based on the knowledge that the corresponding design according to the invention of the narrow surface of the door or window leaf connecting the side edges of the side surfaces of the door or window leaf with the narrow surface of the door or window leaf when the door or window is closed The surface of the stop profile opposite the window leaf has an at least double bevelled fold geometry on the part of the stop profile on the one hand and on the part of the door or window leaf engaging therein on the other hand, so that the clear passage provided as well as the sealing of the door or window is improved, in particular since the narrow surface of the door or window leaf and the surface of the stop profile that interacts with it when the door or window is closed each have at least two surfaces enclosing an angle, the two surfaces of the stop profile corresponding to the two surfaces of the narrow surface of the door - or window leaf or the two surfaces of the narrow surface of the door or window leaf are designed to correspond to the two surfaces of the stop profile. In this case, the two surfaces of the narrow surface of the door or window leaf advantageously form an obtuse angle with one of the side surfaces of the door or window leaf and close the two surfaces of the stop profile with an angle parallel to one of the or .A pointed plane running along the side surfaces of the door or window leaf angle. Fensterblatts verlaufenden Ebene.Advantageously, one of the at least three surfaces of the stop profile runs perpendicular to the plane that runs parallel to one of the side surfaces or surfaces of the door or window leaf when the door or window is closed.

A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the stop profile has at least one sealing profile, preferably on or on the surface which adjoins the surface which, when the door or window is closed, is parallel to one of the side surface(s). The plane running along the door or window leaf encloses the acute angle.

Advantageously, the sealing profile is made of an elastically deformable material and is preferably suitable for fire protection purposes and/or smoke protection purposes, in particular in accordance with DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501 or DIN 18095 or DIN EN 1364-3.

According to the invention it is provided that the stop profile is arranged on the wall of a reveal or at least partially in the wall of a reveal. When arranging the stop profile in the wall of a reveal, the clear passage can advantageously be designed to be the largest.

According to the invention it is provided that the door or window leaf and the stop profile each have at least one recess for a receiving body of a band for a concealed arrangement between the door or window leaf and the stop profile, and the device preferably with a band for a concealed arrangement between the door - or window leaf and stop profile. Such a band is, for example, through the EP 2 184 428 A1 disclosed.

In this case, the distance must be adjusted accordingly in order to achieve a tight seal according to the invention.

A further advantageous embodiment of the invention provides that the stop profile is made of solid wood and/or wood-based material, and is preferably in one piece. For the purposes of the present invention, wood material is understood to mean, in particular, materials that are made by shredding wood and subsequent assembly of the structural elements obtained in this way can be created. The size and shape of the wood particles determine the type of wood material and its properties. The wood particles can also be connected to one another with or without binders or mechanical connections. In this respect, wood materials include, for example, chipboard, fiberboard, plywood and/or the like.

A further particularly preferred embodiment of the invention provides a device according to the invention which is designed for the purposes of fire protection and/or smoke protection, in particular a fire protection door or a fire protection window, the door or window leaf being a fire protection pane in particular in accordance with DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501 can have, which is made up of glass panes with a fire protection layer arranged in between, or where the door or window leaf is such a fire protection pane. Such a device suitable according to the invention for fire protection purposes and/or smoke protection purposes, in particular fire protection door or fire protection window and/or smoke protection door or smoke protection window, can be used to prevent the passage of fire and/or smoke from one room to another room. In the case of a smoke protection door, i.e. a self-closing door that is intended to prevent smoke gases from spreading further through the building in the event of a fire, these and their elements, in particular the sealing profile, advantageously comply with DIN 18095 or DIN EN 1364-3.

Doors or windows provided according to the invention for fire protection purposes or for smoke protection purposes are, also as translucent components, intended to prevent not only the spread of fire and/or smoke, but also an inadmissible transfer of heat, depending on their fire resistance duration . For this purpose, fire protection panes in particular according to DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501, which are made up of glass panes with fire protection layers arranged in between, are advantageously used for the door or window leaf. In the event of a fire, these fire protection layers are activated, thereby absorbing the heat radiation and forming a highly effective insulating layer.

When using fire protection panes using water glass technology according to the invention Materials that are arranged between a large number of glass panes, in particular containing an alkali silicate material, are used as fire protection layers, which act as foaming agents and foam up in the event of a fire. When using gel technology fire protection panes according to the invention, a fire protection layer is arranged between two panes of glass, which consists of gel-like materials, in particular organic polymers, and is activated in the event of a fire. With gel technology, the two glass panes are advantageously spaced apart from each other using a profile-like spacer and the fire protection layer is filled into the cavity created between the glass panes and the spacer.

The Fig. 1a to Fig. 3b each show a door designed for fire protection purposes with a door leaf 1 and a stop profile 2 which interacts with the door leaf 1 in a largely form-fitting manner when the door is closed and which is at least partially arranged in the wall W of a reveal. In Fig. 1a to Fig. 3b the door leaf 1 is shown graphically as a wood or wood-based door leaf without a pane. However, in an advantageous embodiment of the invention, the door leaf 1 can also have at least one fire protection pane, in particular in accordance with DIN 4102 or DIN EN 13501, which is made up of glass panes with a fire protection layer arranged in between. Alternatively, the door leaf 1 can also consist of such a fire protection pane, in which the narrow surface 7 connecting the side edges 5 and 6 of the side surfaces 3 and 4 of the door leaf 1 is designed or set up according to the invention, for example by a profile element. The stop profile 2 is preferably made of solid wood.

In the case of the door leaf 1, the narrow surface 7 of the door leaf 1 connecting the side edges 5 and 6 of the side surfaces 3 and 4 of the door leaf 1 consists of three partial surfaces or surfaces 7a, 7b and 7c. The surfaces 7a and 7b enclose an angle α and the surfaces 7b and 7c enclose an angle ε. The surface 7a of the narrow surface 7 adjoining the side edge 5 of the side surface 3 of the door leaf 1 and the side surface 3 of the door leaf 1 form an obtuse angle β.

Dabei bildet der Drehpunkt D eines Zapfenbandes 13 den Mittelpunkt des Radius R.In the exemplary embodiments Fig. 1a , Fig. 1b and Fig. 2 The surface 7c of the narrow surface 7 adjoining the side edge 6 of the side surface 4 of the door leaf 1 runs perpendicular to the side surfaces 3 and 4 of the door leaf 1. In the exemplary embodiment Fig. 3a and Fig. 3b The surface 7c of the narrow surface 7 adjoining the side edge 6 of the side surface 4 of the door leaf 1 describes a circular arc section 7c, in the present case for example with a Radius R of 60 mm. The pivot point D of a tenon band 13 forms the center of the radius R.

The surface 8 of the stop profile 2, which essentially interacts positively with the door leaf 1 in the closed state of the door, which is opposite the narrow surface 7 of the door leaf 1 in the closed state of the door, shows in the exemplary embodiments Fig. 1a to Fig. 3b three partial surfaces or surfaces 8a, 8b and 8c, which lie opposite the narrow surface 7 of the door leaf 1 corresponding to the partial surfaces 7a, 7b and 7c. At least the surface 7a of the narrow surface 7 of the door leaf 1 and the surface 8a of the stop profile run essentially parallel to one another. In the case of the stop profile 2, the surfaces 8a and 8b form an angle χ and the surfaces 8b and 8c form an angle φ. The partial surface 8a of the surface 8 of the stop profile 2, which is at least partially arranged in the wall of a reveal, forms an acute angle δ with a plane 9 which runs parallel to one of the side surfaces 3 and 4 of the door leaf 1 when the door is closed.

In the exemplary embodiments Fig. 1a , Fig. 1b and Fig. 2 the door leaf 1 and the stop profile 2 each have at least one recess for a receiving body 12a or 12b of a band 11 for a concealed arrangement between the door leaf 1 and the stop profile 2. The exemplary embodiment according to Fig. 1a and Fig. 1b differs from the exemplary embodiment Fig. 2 by arranging the stop profile 2 in the wall W of a reveal. The Fig. 4 , Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 each show an exemplary embodiment of a door designed for fire protection purposes with a door leaf 1 and a stop profile 2 which interacts with the door leaf 1 in a largely form-fitting manner when the door is closed and which is at least partially arranged in the wall W of a reveal. In Fig. 4 , Fig. 5 and Fig. 6 the door leaf 1 is shown graphically as a wooden or wood-based door leaf without a pane.
