Claims (11)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un article en forme de bâtonnet (10) de l'industrie de traitement du tabac, comprenant le transport dans le sens transversal-axial de premières parties en forme de bâtonnet (12) et de deuxièmes parties en forme de bâtonnet (11) à travers une zone d'enveloppement (24) dans une machine d'assemblage (21), et l'alimentation d'une bande d'enveloppement (29) dans la zone d'enveloppement (24) le long d'une ligne médiane de bande d'enveloppement MU pour envelopper les premières et deuxièmes parties en forme de bâtonnet afin de relier celles-ci les unes aux autres, la bande d'enveloppement (29) étant alimentée dans la zone d'enveloppement (24) avec un décalage Δx positif de la ligne médiane de bande d'enveloppement MU par rapport à une ligne médiane de machine MM, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité libre de l'une des parties en forme de bâtonnet (11) est disposée dans la zone d'enveloppement (24) dans la ligne médiane de machine MM.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le décalage Δx entre la ligne médiane de bande d'enveloppement MU et la ligne médiane de machine MM est supérieur à la moitié de la largeur BU de la bande d'enveloppement (29).
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le décalage Δx entre la ligne médiane de bande d'enveloppement MU et la ligne médiane de machine MM est supérieur à la moitié de la longueur LF d'un bâtonnet de filtre.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le décalage Δx entre la ligne médiane de bande d'enveloppement MU et la ligne médiane de machine MM est supérieur à la longueur LT d'un boudin de tabac.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la ligne médiane de bande d'enveloppement MU est disposée décalée par rapport à la ligne médiane de machine MM en direction d'un côté manœuvre de la machine d'assemblage (21).
  6. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, dans la zone d'enveloppement (24), l'une des parties en forme de bâtonnet (11) est disposée à partir de la ligne médiane de machine MM en direction d'un côté à l'intérieur et l'une des autres parties en forme de bâtonnet (12) est placée à l'extérieur contre celle-ci.
  7. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le transfert de parties en forme de bâtonnet (11, 12) d'une machine (26) située en amont à la machine d'assemblage (21) est effectué entièrement dans le sens transversal-axial.
  8. Procédé selon la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce qu'un module d'adaptateur (61) transportant dans le sens transversal-axial des parties en forme de bâtonnet (11, 12) est disposé entre la machine d'assemblage (21) et la machine (26) située en amont.
  9. Procédé selon la revendication 7 ou 8, caractérisé en ce que la machine (26) située en amont comprend au moins un module d'alimentation (55, 57, 59) avec un réservoir de stockage (56, 58, 60) pour alimenter un composant en forme de bâtonnet (11a, 51a, 52a).
  10. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 7 à 9, caractérisé en ce que la machine (26) située en amont comprend un dispositif de formation de groupes (43) destiné à réunir des groupes de segments de filtre (13, 14 ; 50, 51, 52) pour la fabrication de bâtonnets de filtre multisegments (12).
  11. Procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que, en fonctionnement, la machine d'assemblage (21) est munie de composants d'article uniquement sur une voie, pendant que l'autre voie est nue.
