Claims (9)
- Distributeur doseur destiné à doser au moins un composant reçu dans un récipient (1), en particulier sous forme de cartouche, au moyen d'une unité de pompe (2) ayant une soupape d'entrée (4'), une soupape de sortie (4) et un cylindre de pompe (6) et un piston de pompe (3) y inséré qui peut être soumis à l'action d'un élément d'actionnement (B), dans lequel ladite unité de pompe (2) est disposée dans une douille (7) qui prolonge le récipient (1) et qui est surmoulée d'un seul tenant sur le récipient (1), caractérisé par le fait que la soupape de sortie (4) est sollicitée par un ressort (5).
- Distributeur doseur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par le fait que ladite douille (7) présente à l'intérieur au moins une contre-dépouille ou moulure (7') destinée à l'enclenchement avec le cylindre de pompe (6) et/ou le piston de pompe (3).
- Distributeur doseur selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de pompe (6) est pressé à étanchement dans la douille (7).
- Distributeur doseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par le fait que le cylindre de pompe (6) serre, par sa face inférieure, la soupape d'entrée (4'), en particulier sous forme d'une membrane.
- Distributeur doseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort (5) est disposé sur un étrier de ressort (5a) et est surmoulé d'un seul tenant avec le piston de pompe (3) via une charnière film (5b) et présente un tenon d'arrêt (5c) situé en vis-à-vis.
- Distributeur doseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé par le fait que la soupape de sortie (4) est réalisée comme soupape à bille.
- Distributeur doseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 6, caractérisé par le fait que les soupapes d'entrée et de sortie (4', 4) sont des soupapes se fermant automatiquement qui s'ouvrent en cas de pression.
- Distributeur doseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 7, caractérisé par le fait que le ressort destiné à rappeler le piston de pompe (3) est guidé entre la douille (7) et le cylindre de pompe (6) et est situé à l'extérieur du flux de composant.
- Distributeur doseur selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 8, caractérisé par le fait que, outre le guidage dans l'espace de pompe (4a), le piston de pompe (3) est guidé également dans la douille (7).
