Claims (7)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité comportant un substrat présentant au moins une ouverture, l'ouverture étant fermée d'un côté par un film au moins partiellement translucide, et respectivement au moins un revêtement au moins partiellement translucide étant appliqué à pleine surface sur la face supérieure et sur la face inférieure du substrat, et soit le revêtement étant appliqué avec apport élevé de matière dans la zone de l'ouverture de telle sorte que le revêtement comble complètement l'ouverture, soit l'ouverture étant, avant l'application du revêtement, pourvue d'un remplissage qui comble complètement l'ouverture.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les revêtements appliqués sur la face supérieure et sur la face inférieure du substrat sont respectivement extrudés et laminés indépendamment les uns des autres.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les revêtements sont extrudés en même temps sur la face supérieure et sur la face inférieure du substrat.
  4. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'ouverture se trouvant dans le substrat est pratiquée dans le substrat par découpage à l'emporte-pièce, par découpe au laser ou déjà durant la fabrication du substrat.
  5. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le film au moins partiellement translucide destiné à fermer l'ouverture est appliqué sur le substrat sous forme de ruban ou de patch, notamment par laminage.
  6. Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le film au moins partiellement translucide est un fil à fenêtre, un fil à double face à fenêtre ou un fil encastré.
  7. Procédé selon au moins une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que le substrat consiste en du papier et/ou en un film en matière plastique.
