Claims (16)
- Contenant portatif, comprenant un corps de contenant (2) et une poignée de transport (5) mobile disposée au niveau du corps de contenant (2), dans lequel le corps de contenant (2) présente un côté supérieur (4) pointant vers le haut lors de l'adoption d'une première orientation de contenant, au niveau duquel le contenant est pourvu d'un évidement (38) délimité par une paroi latérale (46) et dans lequel la poignée de transport (5) mobile peut être positionnée au choix dans une position d'utilisation dépassant vers le haut du corps de contenant (2) lors de l'adoption de la première orientation de contenant ou dans une position de non-utilisation approchée, par rapport à la position d'utilisation, du corps de contenant (2), caractérisé en ce qu'une section longitudinale (53) de la paroi latérale (46) de l'évidement (38) forme une poignée de transport supplémentaire (6) immobile pouvant être utilisée en variante par rapport à la poignée de transport (5) mobile en ce qu'elle présente un renfoncement de prise (54) ouvert en direction de l'évidement (38), avec lequel la prise peut être réalisée dans une deuxième orientation de contenant par le côté supérieur (4) orienté latéralement par les doigts d'une main depuis le bas.

- Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que la poignée de transport (5) mobile est réalisée de manière à présenter une forme d'étrier et dispose de deux branches de préhension (35) montées de manière à pouvoir être déplacées au niveau du corps de contenant (2) et d'une nervure de préhension (36) s'étendant entre les deux branches de préhension (35), pouvant être saisie par une main.
- Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la poignée de préhension (5) mobile s'enfonce, dans la position de non-utilisation, au moins en partie et de préférence dans sa totalité dans le corps de contenant (2).
- Contenant selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la poignée de transport (5) mobile s'enfonce, dans la position de non-utilisation, dans l'évidement (38), délimité latéralement par la poignée de transport supplémentaire (6), du corps de contenant (2), dans lequel est présent, entre la poignée de transport (5) mobile et la poignée de transport supplémentaire (6), de manière appropriée, un espace intermédiaire (52) permettant la saisie de la poignée de transport supplémentaire (6) lorsque la poignée de transport (5) est déplacée dans la position de non-utilisation.

- Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le corps de contenant (2) présente une partie inférieure (7) en forme de coffre ou de coque située en bas dans la première orientation de contenant et un couvercle (23) associé à l'ouverture (22), pointant dans ce cadre vers le haut, de la partie inférieure (7).
- Contenant selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que l'évidement (38) disposé au niveau du côté supérieur (4) et la poignée de transport supplémentaire (6) associée audit évidement (38) sont réalisés au moins en partie et de préférence dans leur totalité au niveau du couvercle (23).
- Contenant selon la revendication 12 ou 13, caractérisé en ce que le couvercle (23) est monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter au niveau de la partie inférieure (7) aux fins de l'ouverture et de la fermeture.
- Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 12 à 14, caractérisé en ce que des moyens de verrouillage (26a, 26b) servant à verrouiller de manière amovible le couvercle (23) adoptant une position de fermeture fermant l'ouverture (22) de la partie inférieure (7) par rapport à la partie inférieure (7) sont présents au niveau du corps de contenant (2).
- Contenant selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il est équipé de moyens de couplage (63) servant à coupler de manière mutuelle deux contenants (1) empilés l'un sur l'autre, dans lequel la poignée de transport supplémentaire (6) forme de manière appropriée un élément constitutif desdits moyens de couplage (63).
