Système de rangement selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) est réalisé de telle manière qu'il parvient de manière autonome dans un état de fonctionnement actif arrêtant la poignée frontale (52) sans possibilité de pivotement lors du pivotement, provoqué par l'application d'une force manuelle, de la poignée frontale (52) depuis la position d'utilisation (52b) dans la position de non-utilisation (52a).
  3. Système de rangement selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) est réalisé de telle manière qu'il parvient de manière autonome dans un état de fonctionnement inactif n'arrêtant plus la poignée frontale (52) lors du pivotement, provoqué par l'application d'une force manuelle, de la poignée frontale (52) depuis la position de non-utilisation (52a) en direction de la position d'utilisation (52b).
  4. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) est réalisé en tant qu'un dispositif d'enclenchement (70) s'enclenchant de manière autonome ou se désenclenchant de manière autonome en fonction de la direction de pivotement avec un effet de déclic lors du pivotement, provoqué par l'application d'une force manuelle, de la poignée frontale (52).
  5. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) dispose d'au moins une unité d'arrêt avant (68a, 68b), qui présente un premier élément d'arrêt (73a) disposé sur le boîtier de contenant (15) et un deuxième élément d'arrêt (74a) disposé sur la poignée frontale (52), dans lequel le premier et le deuxième élément d'arrêt (68a, 68b) sont en prise l'un avec l'autre tout en se chevauchant dans la direction axiale de l'axe de pivotement (51) du déplacement par pivotement (53) et tout en empêchant ainsi un pivotement de la poignée frontale (52) dans la position de non-utilisation (52a) de la poignée frontale (52) et ne sont pas en prise l'un avec l'autre dans la position d'utilisation (52b) de la poignée frontale (52), dans lequel de manière opportune, le premier élément d'arrêt (73a) est réalisé en tant qu'une partie faisant saillie d'arrêt (73) et le deuxième élément d'arrêt (68b) est arrêté en tant qu'un renfoncement d'arrêt (74), ou inversement, et/ou dans lequel de manière opportune le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) présente deux unités d'arrêt avant (68a, 68b) espacées l'une par rapport à l'autre dans la direction axiale de l'axe de pivotement (51) du déplacement par pivotement (53).
  6. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 5, caractérisé en ce que la poignée frontale (52) est montée de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur le boîtier de contenant (15) au moyen d'au moins un système de palier pivotant (65) définissant l'axe de pivotement (51).
  7. Système de rangement selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) est disposé de manière espacée par rapport à l'au moins un système de palier pivotant (65) dans une direction à angle droit par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (51) de la poignée frontale (52).
  8. Système de rangement selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la poignée frontale (52) pouvant pivoter est réalisée en tant qu'au moins une poignée en étier sensiblement en forme de U et présente deux branches de préhension (55) reliées entre elles par une entretoise de liaison (56) pouvant être saisie d'une main, dans lequel elle est montée de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur le boîtier de contenant (15) par l'intermédiaire respectivement d'un système de palier pivotant (65) dans la zone des sections d'extrémité (62) libres, opposées à l'entretoise de liaison (56), des branches de préhension (55).
  9. Système de rangement selon la revendication 8 en lien avec la revendication 7, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt avant (68) est disposé, observé dans la position de non-utilisation (52a) de la poignée frontale (52), dans la zone de l'entretoise de liaison (56).
  10. Système de rangement selon la revendication 8 ou 9, caractérisé en ce que chaque système de palier pivotant (65) présente un premier élément de support (85) disposé sur le boîtier de contenant (15) et un deuxième élément de support (86) disposé sur une des branches de préhension (55) de la poignée frontale (52), qui sont enfichés l'un dans l'autre dans la direction axiale de l'axe de pivotement (51) et peuvent tourner l'un par rapport à l'autre par rapport à l'axe de pivotement (51), dans lequel est associé à la section d'extrémité libre (62) de chaque branche de préhension (55) un système de blocage (91) adoptant un état actif au moins dans la position d'utilisation (52b) de la poignée frontale (52), par lequel, dans son état actif, la branche de préhension (55) associée peut être soutenue dans la direction axiale de l'axe de pivotement (51) par rapport au boîtier de contenant (15) pour empêcher un rapprochement mutuel des deux branches de préhension (55) empêchant un détachement l'un de l'autre des éléments de support (85, 86) enfichés l'un dans l'autre.
  11. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de contenant (15) présente une paroi de boîtier (22) et est pourvu d'un renfoncement de paroi avant (66) dans la paroi de boîtier (22) à l'extérieur sur son côté avant (6), dans lequel la poignée frontale (52) est montée de manière à pouvoir pivoter, dans lequel la poignée frontale (52) est logée de manière totalement enfoncée dans le renfoncement de paroi avant (66) dans sa position de non-utilisation (52a) et dépasse vers l'avant hors du renfoncement de paroi avant (66) dans sa position d'utilisation.
  12. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 11, caractérisé en ce que le dispositif d'arrêt supérieur (69) est réalisé en tant qu'un dispositif d'enclenchement (71), et/ou que le dispositif d'arrêt supérieur (69) est réalisé de manière similaire au dispositif d'arrêt avant (68).
  13. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 12, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de contenant (15) présente une paroi de boîtier (22), qui est pourvue sur le côté supérieur (5) à l'extérieur d'un renfoncement de paroi supérieur (64), dans lequel la poignée supérieure (45) est montée de manière à pouvoir pivoter, dans lequel la poignée supérieure (45) est logée de manière totalement enfoncée dans le renfoncement de paroi supérieur (64) dans la position de non-utilisation (45a) et dépasse vers le haut hors du renfoncement de paroi supérieur (64) dans sa position d'utilisation (45b).
  14. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 13, caractérisé en ce que le boîtier de contenant (15) dispose d'une partie inférieure de boîtier (24) en forme de caisse présentant une ouverture d'accès (28) à un espace de rangement (23) sur un côté supérieur (5) pointant vers le haut dans le sens de la hauteur (16) et d'un couvercle de boîtier (25) monté de manière à pouvoir pivoter sur la partie inférieure de boîtier (24) pour ouvrir et fermer l'ouverture d'accès (28), associé à l'ouverture d'accès (28), dans lequel la poignée supérieure (45) est disposée en haut à l'extérieur sur le couvercle de boîtier (25) et la poignée frontale (52) est disposée à l'extérieur sur une paroi avant (32), dépassant vers le haut d'une paroi de fond (26) de la partie inférieure de boîtier (25), de la partie inférieure de boîtier (24).
  15. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 14, caractérisé en ce que le contenant de rangement (2) présente sur le côté extérieur du boîtier de contenant (15) un système de guidage (104), par l'intermédiaire duquel il peut être logé de manière retirable dans une structure de rayonnage (103).
  16. Système de rangement selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 15, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend plusieurs contenants de rangement (2), qui présentent respectivement sur leur boîtier de contenant (15) dans la zone du côté inférieur (4) un système de couplage inférieur (106) et, dans la zone du côté supérieur (5), un système de couplage supérieur (107), dans lequel ces deux systèmes de couplage (106, 107) sont adaptés l'un à l'autre de telle manière que dans un sens de la hauteur (16), des contenants de rangement (2) empilés directement les uns sur les autres peuvent être couplés les uns aux autres de manière amovible sans pouvoir être soulevés les uns des autres par la coopération du système de couplage supérieur (107) du contenant de rangement inférieur (2) respectivement et du système de couplage inférieur (106) du contenant de rangement respectivement supérieur (2).
