Claims (7)

  1. Procédé pour l'emballage étanche au gaz d'aliments, en particulier de morceaux de viande, dans lequel l'aliment est disposé dans une coque et un film thermoformable étant relié à la coque pour fermer la coque, dans lequel, dans l'environnement de la coque, un vide est appliqué tout d'abord au-dessus du film et ensuite dans d'autres zones et le film étant appliqué de manière étanche aux gaz sur un bord périphérique de la coque,
    caractérisé en ce que
    l'on utilise un film au moins à deux couches et l'amène à la coque, en ce que le vide est appliqué par impulsions au-dessus des films et en ce qu'en fonction des conditions de température, plus ou moins d'air chaud est évacué.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'un vide plus fort est appliqué au-dessus du film que dans d'autres zones de la coque.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que le film est découpé à partir d'une bande de film après son application sur les bords de la coque.
  4. Dispositif pour l'emballage étanche au gaz d'aliments, en particulier de morceaux de viande, pour la mise en oeuvre du procédé selon l'une des revendications précédentes, comprenant un support pour au moins une coque et comprenant au moins un outil de scellement pour le film thermoformable, dans lequel l'outil de scellement (2) est formé par un outil inférieur et un supérieur, l'outil supérieur présentant une partie d'application concave (3) pour le film, et un espace intermédiaire étant formé entre la partie d'application (3) et d'autres parties (4) de l'outil de scellement (2), auquel espace un vide peut être appliqué,
    caractérisé en ce qu'
    au moins un capteur de température est disposé dans la partie d'application concave (3), et
    en ce que, à hauteur des bords de la coque mise en place, au moins une conduite (7) pour du gaz de protection s'étend à travers l'outil de scellement (2).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que la partie d'application concave (3) est interrompue par au moins un canal (5), un vide pouvant être appliqué au canal (5).
  6. Dispositif selon la revendication 4 ou 5, caractérisé en ce que l'espace intermédiaire est réalisé en tant que fente (6) entre la partie d'application (3) et d'autres parties (4) de l'outil de scellement (2).
  7. Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la partie d'application concave (3) est réalisée en tant que plaque.
