Claims (15)

  1. Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité pour des objets de valeur, comprenant les étapes suivantes :
    - impression d'une encre d'impression sur une face d'un substrat translucide (1), la couche d'impression (2) ainsi formée présentant au moins un premier évidement (3), et impression d'une encre lavable à l'intérieur du premier évidement (3), de façon que la couche d'encre lavable ainsi formée recouvre une zone partielle (4) du premier évidement (3), l'encre d'impression et l'encre lavable étant imprimées en un seul processus d'impression ;
    - application d'une couche de couverture (5') sur la face imprimée du substrat, ladite couche de couverture (5') permettant d'obtenir un aspect chromatique différent pour l'encre d'impression ; et
    - élimination par lavage de l'encre lavable, y compris la couche de couverture (5') superposée, un deuxième évidement (4) étant ainsi réalisé dans la couche de couverture (5') à l'intérieur du premier évidement (3) de la couche d'impression (2),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de couverture entoure complètement le deuxième évidement et forme pour le deuxième évidement un contour de largeur égale et constante à l'intérieur du premier évidement, les formes géométriques du premier et du deuxième évidement ne se différenciant ainsi que par un facteur d'agrandissement.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la couche de couverture (5') est une couche métallique, laquelle est de préférence opaque.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que l'encre d'impression est transparente.
  4. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 3, caractérisé par l'étape suivante qui est consécutive au lavage :
    - application d'une autre couche (7, 8) sur la face imprimée du substrat (1), de préférence une couche de couverture blanche (7) et/ou une couche métallique (8), laquelle est visible au travers du deuxième évidement (4) et est de préférence translucide.
  5. Procédé selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisé par l'étape suivante qui est consécutive au lavage :
    - application d'une couche à effet (10) sur la face opposée à la face imprimée du substrat (1), ladite couche à effet (10) générant un effet optique variable.
  6. Elément de sécurité pour des objets de valeur, comprenant un substrat translucide (1) avec une face imprimée, sur laquelle est appliquée une couche d'impression (2) d'une encre d'impression avec un premier évidement (3), une couche de couverture (5') permettant d'obtenir un aspect chromatique différent pour l'encre d'impression étant appliquée à l'intérieur du premier évidement (3), un deuxième évidement (4) ménagé à l'intérieur du premier évidement (3) étant disposé avec précision de repère par rapport au premier évidement (3) dans la couche de couverture (5'),
    caractérisé en ce que
    la couche de couverture entoure complètement le deuxième évidement et forme pour le deuxième évidement un contour de largeur égale et constante à l'intérieur du premier évidement, les formes géométriques du premier et du deuxième évidement ne se différenciant ainsi que par un facteur d'agrandissement.
  7. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la tolérance de repère du deuxième évidement (4) par rapport au premier évidement (3) est inférieure à 0,1 mm.
  8. Elément de sécurité selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que la couche de couverture (5') est une couche métallique, laquelle est de préférence opaque.
  9. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 6 à 8, caractérisé en ce que l'encre d'impression est transparente.
  10. Elément de sécurité selon les revendications 8 et 9, caractérisé en ce que la couche métallique (5') est appliquée sur la face imprimée du substrat (1) en plus de l'encre d'impression à laquelle elle est superposée.
  11. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 6 à 10, caractérisé par une autre couche (7, 8), de préférence une couche de couverture blanche (7) ou une couche métallique (8), disposée sur la face imprimée du substrat (1), laquelle détermine l'aspect chromatique du deuxième évidement (4) et est de préférence translucide.
  12. Elément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 6 à 11, caractérisé par une couche à effet (10) disposée sur la face opposée à la face imprimée, laquelle génère un effet optique variable.
  13. Papier de sécurité comprenant un élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, ledit élément de sécurité couvrant de préférence une zone de fenêtre ou un trou du papier de sécurité.
  14. Objet de valeur comprenant un élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, ledit élément de sécurité couvrant de préférence une zone de fenêtre ou un trou de l'objet de valeur.
  15. Utilisation d'un élément de sécurité selon l'une des revendications 6 à 12, d'un papier de sécurité selon la revendication 13 ou d'un objet de valeur selon la revendication 14 pour la sécurisation de produits.
