Claims (27)

- Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la substance magnétique (4) est déposée au cours de l'étape b) dans des barres parallèles aux colonnes.
- Procédé selon la revendication 13 ou 14, caractérisé en ce que la substance magnétique (4) appliquée au cours de l'étape d) est appliquée dans des bandes parallèles aux lignes.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité (2) sous la forme d'un fil ou d'une bande, qui est approprié pour l'incorporation dans un document de sécurité (1), comme un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou analogues, et qui se compose d'un matériau support transparent (10) qui présente une couche métallique (3, 11) avec des évidements lisibles par transmission (5) sous la forme de signes, motifs ou analogues, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce quea) une feuille support transparente (10) est imprimée à l'aide d'une encre d'impression activable (13) sous la forme de signes, motifs ou analogues, lisibles,b) le côté de la feuille support (10), qui porte l'encre d'impression activable (13), est muni uniformément d'une couche métallique (11),c) au-dessus de la couche métallique (11) est prévue une substance magnétique (4) pouvant être vérifiée mécaniquement,d) au-dessus de la substance magnétique (4) est appliqué uniformément un revêtement métallique (3),e) l'encre d'impression activable (13) est ensuite activée, afin d'éliminée ainsi toutes les couches au-dessus de la feuille support (10), de telle sorte que non seulement dans le revêtement magnétique mais également dans le revêtement métallique (3, 4, 11) apparaissent des évidements (5) sous la forme de signes, motifs ou analogues,f) la feuille (10) est découpée en bandes de largeur appropriée.
- Procédé de fabrication d'un élément de sécurité (2) sous la forme d'un fil ou d'une bande qui est approprié pour l'incorporation dans un document de sécurité (1), comme un billet de banque, une carte d'identité ou analogues, qui se compose d'un matériau support transparent (10), qui comporte une couche métallique (30, 40) avec des évidements (5) lisibles par transmission sous la forme de signes, motifs ou analogues, selon la revendication 10, caractérisé en ce quea) une feuille support transparente (10) est munie d'une couche métallique (40) sous forme de bandes,b) en alignement précis au-dessus des bandes (40) est prévue une substance magnétique (4) pouvant être contrôlée mécaniquement,c) la feuille support (10) est imprimée entre les bandes avec une encre d'impression activable (13) sous la forme de signes lisibles,d) la structure globale de couche est munie uniformément d'une couche métallique (30),e) l'encre d'impression activable (13) est ensuite activée, de telle sorte que dans la couche métallique (30) apparaissent des évidements (5) sous forme de signes, motifs ou analogues,f) la feuille (10) est découpée parallèlement aux bandes magnétiques (4) en fils de largeur appropriée.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une quelconque des revendications des revendications 12 à 18, caractérise en ce qu'au moins une des couches métalliques (3, 11, 30, 40) est une couche métallique évaporée sous vide, une encre d'impression contenant des pigments métalliques ou une encre d'imitation de métal.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la substance magnétique (4) est contenue dans une encre d'impression et est imprimée.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 20, caractérisé en ce que l'élimination des couches (3, 4, 11, 30, 40) au-dessus de la feuille support est favorisée par traitement mécanique.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'encre d'impression activable (13) est une émulsion résistant au rinçage.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'encre d'impression activable (13) contient des additifs moussants.
- Procédé selon la revendication 23, caractérisé en ce que les additifs moussants se trouvent sous la forme de microcapsules dans l'encre d'impression (13).
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 24, caractérise en ce que l'encre d'impression activable (13) est activée par faisceau laser, faisceaux d'électrons, traitement thermique ou pression.
- Procédé selon au moins l'une des revendications 12 à 25, caractérisé en ce que la feuille terminée (10) avant la dernière étape de procédé est munie d'une couche de laque transparente de protection (20).
- Procédé de fabrication d'un document de sécurité, caractérisé en ce que durant la fabrication du document (1) est incorporé dans le document un élément de sécurité (2) selon la revendication 10 ou 11.
