Insbesondere beim Montieren bzw. Verpressen der Fittings sind die Behälter vorzugsweise hängend gehalten, z.B. an einem Behälterhals bzw. an einem dortigen Flansch, wodurch das Montieren bzw. - Method for producing packing units consisting each consisting of a container (1) sealed with a keg fitting (3) and filled with a liquid product, characterised by at least the following method steps in the following sequence:a) supplying the respective container (1) made of plastic, by the blow-moulding of the container (1);b) filling the container (1) with the filling product;c) provision and insertion the respective keg fitting (3) in a container mouth opening (2.1) andd) creating a sealed connection between the container (1) and the keg fitting (3) by pressing the keg fitting (3) into the container mouth opening (2.1),and that the respective container (1), after its production in accordance with step a), is held suspended during the whole of the further method steps b) to d) constantly by its flange (2.3), and thereby exhibits a predetermined orientation.
- Method according to claim 1, characterised in that the respective container (1) is supported on a container neck (2) and/or on a container flange (2.3) while the keg fitting (3) is being inserted and connected
- Method according to claim 1 or 2, characterised in that the respective container (1) is designed as a disposable keg and/or the respective keg fitting (3) is designed as a disposable fitting (3).
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that large-volume containers (1) are used as containers, for example those with a container volume of 10 - 20 litres.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the supplying of the containers (1), the filling of the containers (1), the provision and attachment of the keg fittings (3) on the containers (1) and the connection of the keg fittings (3) to the containers (1) are carried out in a plant (6) in direct chronological succession.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised in that the filling of the containers (1) takes place in each case in a filling machine (15).
- Method according to claim 7, characterized in that the position and attachment of the keg fitting (3) onto the containers also takes place within the filling machine (15).
- Method according to claim 6 or 7, characterised in that the connection of the keg fittings (3) to the containers also takes place within the filling machine (15).
- Method according to one of claims 6 to 8, characterised in that the connection of the keg fittings (3) to the containers (1) takes place at a station (17, 20) or machine downstream the filling machine.
- Method according to one of claims 6 to 9, characterised in that the provision and attachment of the keg fittings (3) on the containers (1), and the connection of the keg fittings (3) to the containers (1) takes place at a station (17, 20) or machine downstream of the filling machine.
- Method according to one of the preceding claims, characterised by the use of keg fittings (3) which overlap the containers (1) in the area of the container mouth exclusively on the outer surface of the container in the style of a cap and are locked or fixed onto the respective container on this outer surface of the container.
