Claims (8)
- Procédé de génération de particules très fines au moyen d'un pulvérisateur a jet (1), dans lequel la distance relative arel = a/dbuse, où a représente la longueur du jet et dbuse le diamètre de la buse, des orifices d'admission de jets de pulvérisation (5) disposés au moins approximativement de manière concentrique, leurs lignes médianes se coupant au moins à peu près en un point, est réglée en fonction de la pression du moyen de fonctionnement, caractérisé en ce que, pour la distance relative arel = a/dDüse, dans lequel
oùp0 [bar(abs)] représente la pression gazeuse en amont de la buse ψmax le coefficient d'écoulement κ l'exposant isentropique p1 [bar(abs)] la pression de dilatation et en outre C = 9,922. - Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que chaque orifice d'admission de jet de pulvérisation (5) est formé par une buse d'admission ou une buse de pulvérisation (9),
- Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que 3 ou 4 orifices d'admission de jets de pulvérisation (5) sont présents.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un pulvérisateur a jet à lit fluidisé.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'on utilise un séparateur à air dynamique (7) intégré dans le pulvérisateur a jet (1).
- Procédé selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le séparateur à air (7) contient un rotor visible ou une roue visible (8) dont le passage libre augmente lorsque son rayon diminue, de sorte que, en fonctionnement, la surface traversée du rotor ou de la roue visible (8) est au moins approximativement constante.
- Procédé selon la revendication 5 ou 6, caractérisé en ce que le séparateur à air (7) contient un rotor visible ou une roue visible (8) avec un tube plongeur (20) en particulier remplaçable, qui est configuré de manière à tourner avec le rotor visible ou la roue visible (8) lorsqu'il ou elle tourne.
- Procédé selon une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'une chambre de sortie de produits fins (41) est prévue et présente une coupe transversale élargie dans la direction d'écoulement.
