Abstract
L'invention concerne une méthode et un dispositif de projection gazodynamique de matériaux en poudre en vue de l'utilisation dans la mécanique et d'autres domaines industriels pour former des revêtements fonctionnels apportant des propriétés différentes sur les surfaces traitées. L'élargissement des capacités fonctionnelles et technologiques de la méthode et de l'appareil est atteint grâce au fait que des matériaux (métalliques ou non), en poudre de propriétés différentes sont alimentés simultanément dans les parties subsonique et/ou supersonique de la buse via les différents points d'alimentation afin d'assurer les conditions de projection optimales pour chaque matériau en poudre. Les poudres différentes sont injectées dans la buse supersonique via le point principal d'aümentation en poudre réalisé de sorte de permettre d'alimenter séparément les poudres différentes dans les parties subsonique et/ou supersonique de la buse et via les points supplémentaires d'alimentation des poudres différentes dans la partie supersonique de la buse, ces points supplémentaires étant réalisés sous forme d'éléments interchangeables et montés consécutivement et coaxialement à la partie supersonique de la buse. The invention relates to a method and a device for gasodynamic projection of powdered materials for use in mechanics and other industrial fields to form functional coatings providing different properties on the treated surfaces. The expansion of the functional and technological capabilities of the method and the apparatus is achieved by virtue of the fact that materials (metal or not), in powder of different properties, are fed simultaneously into the subsonic and / or supersonic parts of the nozzle via the different feed points to ensure the optimal spraying conditions for each powder material.
