Claims (5)

  1. Procédé d'empilage des traverses en acier (1) qui forment un profile sous forme de Y en état fini, composés des profiles en acier individuels formés par des supports additionnels (4, 5) ainsi que des supports en acier particuliers et courbés (2, 3), dans lequel chaque support additionnel (4, 5) est relié à une partie d'extrémité (6, 7) d'un support en acier (2, 3) et les extrémités libres (9, 10) des supports en acier (2, 3) sont directement ou indirectement reliées les unes aux autres avec une distance prédéterminée par moyen d'au moins un corps d'appui (11) qui formera un point d'appui de rails plus tard et au moins des particuliers des corps d'appui (11) sont formés avec un profile de guidage (13) de contour prédéterminé à l'extérieur de la zone de raccord (12) au profile sous forme de Y (1), des profiles sous forme de Y (1) similaires et munis des corps d'appui (11) étant posés de manière entassante et centrée sur le profile de guidage.
  2. Procédé selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce qu'on empile lâchement au moins 8 à 15 profiles sous forme de Y (1) similaires les uns sur les autres, de sorte que des branches inférieures, libres et espacés des supports en acier (2, 3) ou des supports additionnels (4, 5) sont posées sur des zones de butée (13', 13") du profile de guidage (13) respectif.
  3. Procédé selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce qu'on relie le corps d'appui respectif, à l'extérieur de son profile de guidage (13), aux parties d'extrémité associées (6, 7, 9, 10) de chaque support en acier (2, 3) respectivement support additionnel (4, 5), notamment par soudage.
  4. Dispositif d'empilage des traverses en acier qui forment un profile sous forme de Y en état fini, comprenant des corps d'appui pour le raccord des profiles en acier (2, 3) courbés et coopérant avec des supports additionnels (4, 5) à une zone de fond profilée (12) et adaptée à guider les supports additionnels (4, 5) de manière espacée par rapport à des parties d'extrémité associées (6, 7) des profiles en acier ainsi qu'aux parties d'extrémité libres (9, 10) des profiles en acier (2, 3), le raccord étant notamment réalisé par soudage et un profile de guidage (13) pour recevoir des profiles sous forme de Y similaires (1) étant attaché au corps d'appui à l'extérieur du profile sous forme de Y (1).
  5. Dispositif selon la revendication 4, caractérisé en ce que le profile de guidage (13) comprend des parties de butée (13', 13") pour lâchement poser des branches (14) des profiles en acier (2, 3) d'une part et des supports additionnels (4, 5) d'autre part de manière espacée là-dessus.
