    - au moins l'un des deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) étant doté d'au moins une structure (3) qui permet le déchirement de l'au moins un élément en matériau d'emballage, caractérisé en ce que cette structure est agencée à l'intérieur de la seconde partie de surface (12).
  2. Emballage selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que lesdites liaisons amovibles des éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont formées par des joints scellés ou des surfaces scellées.
  3. Emballage selon la revendication 1 ou 2, caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont dotés chacun d'au moins une structure (3), ces structures étant conçues de préférence de façon similaire ou identique et étant disposées en recouvrement les unes avec les autres.
  4. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la structure ou les structures (3) sont sélectionnées à partir du groupe suivant de structures : coupes droites, coupes dentées ou ondulées, perforations, en particulier perforations à base de points et/ou de coupes disposés les uns derrière les autres, évidements de matériau, découpages, en particulier découpages en forme de flèche, de triangle ou de losange, points destinés à la rupture.
  5. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que la structure ou les structures (3) sont disposées côté bord dans la partie de surface (12), mais pas à l'intérieur du bord (21, 22) reliant les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage.
  6. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il présente au moins une ligne de pliage ou de flambage (d) qui est agencée au moins en partie à l'intérieur de la seconde zone de surface (12) ou sur une arête extérieure de cette zone de surface.
  7. Emballage selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que la structure (3)
    ou au moins l'une des structures (3) coupe la ligne de pliage ou de flambage (d), de préférence à angle droit.
  8. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que entre la première partie de surface (11) et la seconde partie de surface (12) est présente une barrette (23), dans la zone de laquelle les éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont reliés entre eux de façon amovible.
  9. Emballage selon la revendication 8, caractérisé en ce que la largeur de la barrette (23) augmente par rapport au sens de déchirement (e) de l'emballage, de préférence en ce sens que la barrette s'étend avec une courbure ou avec la pointe d'un triangle ou en forme de trapèze à l'intérieur de la seconde zone de surface (2).
  10. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins le premier élément en matière d'emballage (1) est formé d'un film à une couche ou plusieurs couches et en ce que cet élément en matériau d'emballage (1) est équipé d'une structure ou plusieurs structures (3).
  11. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il est conçu comme un sachet fermé de tous côtés.
  12. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications 1 à 10, caractérisé en ce que le second élément en matériau d'emballage (2) est choisi dans le groupe qui comprend conteneurs, corps creux, en particulier bouteilles, ainsi que parties moulées à emboutissage profond.
  13. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'il présente une forme de surface rectangulaire ou carrée, les bords étant reliés entre eux de façon amovible sur au moins deux, en particulier sur au moins trois arêtes, de préférence par des joints scellés.
  14. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce qu'au moins l'un des deux éléments en matériau d'emballage, de préférence le premier élément en matériau d'emballage (1) présente une résistance élevée au déchirement et en même temps une faible résistance à la propagation du déchirement, le rapport entre la résistance au déchirement et la résistance à la propagation du déchirement se situant de préférence dans la plage de 2 à 200, avec une préférence particulière dans la plage de 50 à 150.
  15. Emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes,
    caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage sont reliés le long de l'ensemble du bord extérieur de l'emballage par une couche scellée ou un joint scellé continu.
  16. Utilisation d'un emballage selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes pour l'emballage de préparations pharmaceutiques ou cosmétiques ou d'objets ou de substances dangereux pour la santé, de préférence pour l'emballage, conforme à la sécurité pour les enfants, des préparations, objets ou substances cités.
  17. Procédé pour fabriquer un emballage et pour emballer des objets, qui présente les étapes de procédé suivantes :
    - mise à disposition d'un premier élément en matériau d'emballage (1),
    - mise à disposition d'un second élément en matériau d'emballage (2),
    - positionnement de l'article emballé (5) sur l'un des deux éléments en matériau d'emballage ;
    - superposition et assemblage des deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) en ce sens que au moins une première partie de surface (11) est formée, sur le bord ou sur les bords (21) de laquelle les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont reliés entre eux de façon amovible, et au moins une cavité (4) fermée de tous côtés pour le logement de l'article emballé (5) étant formée entre les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage, et en ce sens qu'au moins une seconde partie de surface (12) non scellée est formée, laquelle se situe à l'extérieur de la première partie de surface (11) citée et est contiguë à celle-ci, et sur le bord ou les bords (22) de laquelle les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont reliés entre eux de façon amovible,
    - placement d'au moins une structure (3) dans au moins l'un des deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2), cette structure étant agencée à l'intérieur de la seconde partie de surface (12) et permettant le déchirement de l'au moins un élément en matériau d'emballage.
  18. Procédé selon la revendication 17, caractérisé en ce que les éléments en matériau d'emballage sont reliés entre eux au moyen de joints scellés ou de surfaces scellées, en particulier en utilisant une cire à cacheter pelable.
  19. Procédé selon la revendication 17 ou 18, caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont dotés chacun d'au moins une structure (3), cette (ces) structure(s) étant conçue(s) de préférence de façon identique ou similaire et étant disposées en recouvrement l'une avec l'autre.
  20. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 19, caractérisé en ce que la (les) structure(s) (3) est/sont choisie(s) dans le groupe suivant de structures : coupes droites, coupes dentées ou ondulées, perforations, en particulier perforations à base de points et/ou de coupes disposés les uns derrière les autres, évidements de matériau, découpages, en particulier découpages en forme de flèche, de triangle ou de losange, points destinés à la rupture.
  21. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 20, caractérisé en ce que la structure ou les structures (3) sont disposées dans la partie de surface (12) côté bord, mais pas à l'intérieur du bord (21, 22) reliant les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage.
  22. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 21, caractérisé en ce que l'emballage (1, 2) est fabriqué sous forme d'un sachet fermé de tous côtés.
  23. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 21, caractérisé en ce que le second élément en matériau d'emballage (2) est choisi dans le groupe qui comprend conteneurs, corps creux, en particulier bouteilles, ainsi que parties moulées à emboutissage profond.
  24. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 23, caractérisé en ce que les bords des éléments en matériau d'emballage (1, 2) sont reliés de façon amovible entre eux, de préférence par des joints scellés, sur au moins deux, en particulier sur au moins trois arêtes.
  25. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 24, caractérisé en ce que les deux éléments en matériau d'emballage sont reliés le long de l'ensemble du bord extérieur de l'emballage par une couche scellée continue.
  26. Procédé selon l'une quelconque des revendications 17 à 25, caractérisé en ce qu'au moins une ligne de pliage ou de flambage (d) est mise en place, laquelle est agencée au moins en partie à l'intérieur de la seconde zone de surface (12) ou sur une arête extérieure de cette zone de surface.
  27. Procédé selon la revendication 26, caractérisé en ce que la structure (3)
    ou au moins l'une des structures (3) est placée de telle sorte qu'elle coupe, de préférence à angle droit, la ligne de pliage ou de flambage (d).
