Definitions
- the invention relates to a method for producing a slot wall in the ground. Furthermore, the invention relates to a slot wall in the ground.
- Slotted walls are in particular vertically introduced into the ground seals, which are intended to prevent water in the ground can penetrate into an area enclosed by the slot walls area. They are produced by creating a slot in the bottom and introducing into this slot a suspension which cures to the slot wall.
- Such a slot wall is made DE-A-1634487 known.
- the invention has for its object to provide a method for producing a trench wall and a slot wall, which can be used particularly economically even with existing obstacles in the ground.
- the method according to the invention serves to produce a slot wall in the ground, through which an obstacle protrudes. It is characterized by being on both sides of the obstacle lateral Schlitzwandausappellus be sunk and below the obstacle a lower Schlitzwandausappelung by lateral pivoting of a ground-removing slot wall device of at least one of the lateral Schlitzwandausappellomitown is made.
- a basic idea of the invention is not to disassemble an obstacle in the region of a trench wall to be created and to assemble it again after completion, but rather to integrate the obstacle during production into the trench wall. This offers the advantages over conventional methods that cost and time can be saved.
- the trench wall is produced by dissolving soil around the obstacle located in the ground.
- at least one respective Schlitzwandausnaturalung is created on both sides of the obstacle.
- even below the obstacle located soil material is released while creating a lower Schlitzwandausnaturalung below the obstacle, which connects the lateral Schlitzwandausappelausappellessness particular.
- a slot wall can be prepared according to the invention, which surrounds the obstacle.
- the soil material in the lower trench wall recess is loosened in particular in that a soil-removing trench wall device is moved laterally starting from at least one of the two lateral trench wall recesses and is thereby pivoted into the bottom region below the obstacle.
- the trench wall device can be in one of the two lateral SchlitzwandausEnglishened introduced and under the obstacle under ground removal are moved laterally until it has reached the second lateral Schlitzwandausappelung itself or a region in which the second lateral Schlitzwandausappelung is sunk in the connection.
- the slot wall device is pivoted in from both lateral slot wall recesses below the obstacle.
- the lower Schlitzwandausappelung is created starting from both lateral Schlitzwandausappellus.
- soil material is first loosened in a first portion below the obstacle.
- the lateral Einschwenkwege the slot wall device are particularly small and the slot wall device can be designed according to simple and compact.
- two slotted wall devices can also be swiveled in at the same time from both lateral slotted wall recesses.
- the lower Schlitzwandausappelung and at least one, in particular both, lateral Schlitzwandausappelausappelrum be made with the same diaphragm wall device.
- soil material below the obstacle for creating the lower slot wall recess is loosened immediately after the sinking of a lateral slot wall recess, i. the trench wall device remains after creation of the lateral Schlitzwandausappellitis supraung for lateral pivoting in the ground.
- different slot wall devices are provided for the preparation of the lateral and lower Schlitzwandausappel12.
- a diaphragm wall gripper can be used, the below for pivoting the obstacle may have, for example, control flaps.
- a trench wall cutter is used as trench wall device, which is preferably arranged on a rigid linear guide device.
- Such a trench wall cutter suitably has at least one, preferably two, bottom-side cutting wheels, which may in particular be designed as cutting wheel pairs with two coaxially arranged individual milling wheels.
- a guide means understood, which allows axial advancement and retraction of the trench wall device, however, is rigid relative to lateral displacements.
- Such a rigid linear guide device has, for example, a rod of fixed length, which is guided for linear guidance in at least one guide sleeve.
- the rigid linear guide device may also have a telescopic linkage, on the bottom side of the slit wall device is arranged.
- the trench wall cutter in particular for forming the lower Schlitzwandaus strictlyung, with the linear guide means along the slot wall to be created by means of a traversing device is moved.
- the linear guide device is moved laterally for pivoting the trench wall device, wherein this lateral movement is transmitted by the rigid linear guide device on the trench wall cutter.
- the pivoting of the slot wall device is thus effected by a method of the linear guide device, wherein the corresponding displacement device can preferably be arranged outside of the slot wall recess and / or may have a trailer.
- no Einschwenk Anlagenen must be provided on the trench wall unit itself, which this slotted wall unit can be particularly simple.
- the trench wall cutter is retracted to form the lower SchlitzwandausEnglishung at an oblique angle under the obstacle.
- An oblique angle may consist in particular of the abduction direction of at least one of the two lateral slot wall recesses and / or to the vertical.
- retracting at an oblique angle also allows obstacles of an angular shape to be included in the trench wall.
- a pivoting device may be provided for retracting at an oblique angle.
- the trench cutter can also be simultaneously moved axially and laterally, i. swung in laterally while simultaneously lowering and / or lifting.
- an upper Schlitzwandausnaturalung is created above the obstacle.
- the same diaphragm wall device is used for this purpose, which also applies to the production of the other Schlitzwandausappelenstein application.
- An upper Schlitzwandausnaturalung can be provided in particular when the obstacle does not reach the ground surface or protrudes from the ground.
- At least one of the slot wall recesses is produced at a distance from the obstacle.
- the resulting intermediate region between the SchlitzwandausNeillung and the obstacle can be cleared and / or fixed in a further step.
- a particularly economical method is given by the fact that in the manufacture of the Schlitzwandausappelgeber dissolved soil material within the Schlitzwandausappelgeber to the formation a settable suspension is mixed with a binder.
- the hardening suspension is thus not produced outside the slot, but directly in the slot itself, so to speak "in situ".
- the binder is suitably introduced into the soil in the area of the trench wall device and mixed there with the soil material dissolved by the trench wall device to form the hardening suspension.
- a diaphragm wall according to the invention can in particular be produced by a method according to the invention, whereby the advantages explained in this connection can be achieved.
- a slot wall according to the invention is characterized in that the slot wall is made around an obstacle which penetrates the slot wall.
- the trench wall device used to make the trench wall is designed as a trench wall cutter 10.
- This trench cutter 10 has a frame 13 at the bottom, i. bottom side, two cutting wheels 20, 20 'are rotatably driven driven.
- milling tooth holders 23 with milling teeth 24 are provided peripherally on the cutting wheels 20, 20 '.
- This milling linkage 30 is designed in the present embodiment as a rigid shaft which is guided axially displaceably outside of the slot in an only in Fig. 1, step III and schematically illustrated guide sleeve 32.
- a rigid linear guide device is formed, which allows a movement of the cutting linkage 30 with the trench wall cutter 10 only in the axial direction of the cutting linkage and thus the trench wall cutter 10 axially.
- the axial direction coincides with the vertical, so that a lateral displacement can be understood to mean a shift in the horizontal.
- the slot wall device can also be guided at an angle to the vertical by means of the linear guide device.
- the milling linkage 30 can also be made telescopic.
- the frame 13 of the trench wall cutter 10 is continuously cross-sectionally smaller relative to the milling cross section of the two cutting wheels 20, 20 'executed.
- the frame 13 tapers, starting from the cutting wheels 20, 20 'arranged at the bottom, to the above-arranged milling linkage 30 in a spatial direction which is approximately perpendicular to the axes of rotation of the cutting wheels 20, 20'.
- Such a taper can basically also be given in other spatial directions.
- a liquid feed device 40 is arranged, by means of which a binder designed as a liquid can be introduced into the slot for "in situ" suspension production.
- the ground material processed by the cutting wheels 20, 20 ' can also be sucked out of the slot and the slot can be filled with a settable suspension or non-setting supporting suspension produced outside the slot.
- a slot wall is produced in a region of the bottom 3, in which an obstacle 1 formed in the present case as a tube, through which the obstacle 1 protrudes.
- the two cutting wheels 20, 20 ' are rotated by means of a drive arranged in the frame 13 and the trench wall cutter 10 is sunk to form a first lateral slot wall recess 51 arranged on the left in the figure.
- the first lateral Schlitzwandausnaturalung 51 extends vertically and so past the obstacle 1, that this obstacle 1 is not being milled.
- the trench wall cutter 10 is in step II at further rotating cutting wheels 20, 20 'by lateral displacement of the linear guide device, in particular by moving the guide sleeve 32 on the earth's surface, laterally into the below the obstacle 1 located bottom area pivoted. Due to the action of the cutting wheel 20 ', soil material disposed in the figure to the right of the trench wall cutter 10 is processed in a first subarea 71 below the obstacle 1. To increase the first portion 71 may be provided, the swung-in trench wall cutter 10, optionally with further pivoting and possibly multiple, in the bottom 3 axially move up and / or down. After completion of the first portion 71, the trench wall cutter 10 is swung back into the first lateral Schlitzwandaus Principleung 51 and pulled out of the bottom 3.
- the trench wall cutter 10 is displaced laterally by lateral movement of the linear guide device outside the base 3 and in method step III with the formation of a further, second lateral trench wall recess 52, which runs vertically along the obstacle 1 laterally.
- the second lateral Schlitzwandausnaturalung 52 runs directly past the obstacle 1. However, it is in the figure to the right of the obstacle 1.
- the trench wall cutter 10 is swiveled to the left by moving the linear guide device.
- the trench wall cutter 10 is raised and / or lowered, possibly several times.
- 1 soil material is dissolved in a second portion 72 below the obstacle.
- the second portion 72 is increased until a breakthrough in the adjacent thereto, the first portion 71 has occurred.
- a lower Schlitzwandausnaturalung 60 is formed below the obstacle 1, which connects the two lateral Schlitzwandausappel 51, 52 below the obstacle 1.
- it is advantageous that the trench wall cutter 10 is moved further laterally even after the breakthrough, and thus the two subregions 71, 72 overlap.
- the trench wall cutter 10 is pulled again following the method step IV, moved laterally and arranged above the obstacle 1.
- the trench wall cutter 10 is then lowered vertically while forming an upper trench wall recess 56 until the trimming wheels 20, 20 'just do not mill the obstacle. This step can be omitted if the obstacle 1 to the ground surface enough.
- the trench wall cutter 10 can be sunk several times with lateral displacement.
- the milling cross-section of the trench wall cutter 10 and its lateral offset in the production of the trench wall recesses 51, 56, 52 are selected such that adjacent trench wall recesses 51, 56, 52 are milled when sinking the slot wall recesses 51, 56, 52. ie working with a superimposed milling cross-section.
- a laterally closed and thus particularly dense diaphragm wall can also be obtained above the obstacle 1.
- the trench wall cutter 10 In order to be able to produce the lower slot wall recess 60 particularly quickly, it may be advantageous to first lift the trench wall cutter 10 at the level of the obstacle 1 after completion of the lateral slot wall recess 51 and / or 52 and subsequently to guide the trench wall cutter 10 with its frame 13 along the obstacle 1 to lead down, ie the trench wall cutter 10 following the outer contour of the obstacle 1 to move simultaneously laterally and axially. As soon as the partial region 71 and / or 72 produced thereby has the desired width, the trench wall cutter 10 can be further lowered axially to the desired final depth.
- the method steps I to V shown in the figures can in principle be carried out in any order.
