Abstract
Description

Eine beträchtliche Anzahl dieser Partikel schlägt an den Seitenscheiben und den Schaufeln an und prallt davon vergleichbar einem Ping-Pong-Ball zurück, was sich nicht nur negativ auf die Austrittsgeschwindigkeit des Strahlmittels aus dem Schleuderrad auswirkt, sondern auch zu einer ungleichmäßigen Verteilung des Strahlmittels auf der zu reinigenden Oberfläche führt. Die in den Impeller ragende Zunge ist für das aus der Zuleitung austretende Strahlmitel eine Barriere auf dem direkten Weg zur Zuteilöffnung, so daß dasselbe nicht unmittelbar, sondern nur auf einer Rotationsbahn von der Zuleitung zur Zuteilöffnung gelangen kann. Dadurch ergibt sich ein weicher Übergang des Strahlmittels in den Schaufelbereich des Schleuderrades mit anschließender gleichmäßiger Beschleunigung bis zum Schaufelaustritt und wird das Aufprallen des Strahlmittels auf die Schaufeln und Seitenwände des Schleuderrades im wesentlichen unterbunden.
