Description

L'invention concerne un dispositif de distribution de fluide, en particulier de produit cosmétique du type comprenant :
  • un flacon destiné à contenir le fluide et présentant un orifice de distribution, et
  • un enjoliveur recouvrant au moins partiellement ledit flacon, ledit enjoliveur présentant un corps et des moyens de retenue pour maintenir le corps par rapport au flacon.
Un tel dispositif constitue un produit relativement haut de gamme à l'esthétique soignée. L'invention vise à simplifier la réalisation d'un tel dispositif de façon à en réduire le coût tout en conservant la même qualité.
Pour ce faire, l'invention propose que les moyens de retenue comprennent :
  • un manchon sensiblement cylindrique obtenu de matière avec l'enjoliveur (autrement dit formant un ensemble monobloc avec l'enjoliveur) présentant :
    • un passage intérieur débouchant traversant le manchon de part en part,
    • une section extérieure s'insérant étroitement dans l'orifice de distribution du flacon,
  • des moyens d'articulation liant le manchon au corps.
Le manchon étant articulé par rapport au corps, l'enjoliveur et les moyens de retenue peuvent être moulés en une seule pièce dans une position du manchon telle qu'ils ne présentent pas de contre-dépouille. En outre, la fixation de l'enjoliveur sur le flacon s'effectue aisément par pivotement du manchon, afin de l'insérer dans l'orifice de distribution du flacon.
Afin de retenir efficacement l'enjoliveur sur le flacon, l'invention propose avantageusement que :
  • le flacon comprenne un col intégrant intérieurement l'orifice de distribution, ledit col présentant en outre un rebord extérieur,
  • les moyens de retenue comprennent en outre un support s'étendant autour du col flacon, sensiblement en appui contre le rebord extérieur.
Ainsi, le col du flacon est efficacement maintenu entre le support et le manchon, le support et le manchon étant situés à proximité l'un de l'autre et de part et d'autre du col.
Selon une autre caractéristique avantageuse de l'invention, le corps comprend deux parties principales renfermant entre elles le flacon, les deux parties principales de l'enjoliveur sont reliées entre elles par un film formant charnière obtenu de matière avec lesdites parties principales du corps et l'enjoliveur comprend en outre des moyens de fixation libérable pour maintenir les deux parties principales du corps au contact l'une de l'autre.
Ainsi, on peut réaliser en une seule pièce un enjoliveur entourant le flacon et autorisant son remplacement.
En outre, l'invention propose que :
  • le dispositif comprenne des moyens d'obturation articulés par rapport au corps du flacon pour obturer de manière sélective le passage intérieur du manchon, et
  • le corps comprenne deux parties principales renfermant entre elles le flacon, les moyens d'obturation étant articulés sur l'une d'elles et le manchon sur l'autre.
L'invention va apparaítre encore plus clairement dans la description qui va suivre, faite en référence aux dessins annexés dans lesquels :
  • la figure 1 est une vue en perspective d'un dispositif conforme à l'invention, un flacon étant maintenu à l'intérieur d'un enjoliveur,
  • la figure 2 est une vue en perspective du flacon seul,
  • la figure 3 est une vue en coupe selon la ligne repérée III-III à la figure 1,
  • la figure 4 est une vue de l'enjoliveur seul tel qu'obtenu de moulage,
  • la figure 5 est une vue selon la ligne repérée V-V à la figure 4,
  • la figure 6 est une vue selon la ligne repérée VI-VI à la figure 4,
  • la figure 7 est une vue selon la ligne repérée VII-VII à la figure 4.
Le dispositif 1 comprend le flacon 2 et le boítier 8 formant enjoliveur destiné à recevoir le flacon 2.
Le flacon 2 comprend un réservoir 3 destiné à renfermer notamment un produit cosmétique fluide, et un col 4 présentant un orifice de distribution 6 destiné à la sortie du produit cosmétique.
L'enjoliveur présente essentiellement un corps 12 comprenant deux parties 12a, 12b destinées à venir chacune d'un côté du flacon, articulées entre elles par une première charnière film 14 (ici en trois parties) et pouvant être maintenues dans la position fermée représentée aux figures 1 et 3 par l'intermédiaire de moyens de fixation libérable 26.
L'enjoliveur comprend en outre des moyens de retenue 10 destinés à maintenir le flacon par rapport au corps 12. Ces moyens de retenue comprennent un support 24 comportant deux parties 24a, 24b intégrées chacune à une partie du corps et un manchon 16 porté par une embase 34 articulée par rapport à la partie 12b du corps par l'intermédiaire d'une deuxième charnière film 18.
Chaque partie 24a, 24b du support présente une forme sensiblement en U dont l'ouverture correspond sensiblement à la dimension extérieure du col 4 du flacon 2, afin de le recevoir étroitement. Ces parties 24a, 24b du support sont disposées sensiblement en vis-à-vis, tête de bêche, afin de retenir entre elles le col du flacon. La surface extérieure du col 4 du flacon 2 se termine à une extrémité libre par un rebord extérieur 5 s'étendant périphériquement autour du col et contre lequel le support 24 vient sensiblement en appui.
En outre, afin de compléter le maintien du flacon 2 par rapport au boítier 8, en particulier lorsque le boítier 8 est ouvert, le manchon 16 présente une section extérieure 16b correspondant sensiblement à l'orifice de distribution 6 du flacon. Le manchon 16 est ainsi maintenu fermement et de manière étanche à l'intérieur du col 4 du flacon. Il présente en outre un passage intérieur 16a pour la distribution du produit cosmétique.
Tel qu'illustré aux figures 4 à 7, le boítier monobloc 8 intègre de moulage les deux parties 12a, 12b du corps 12 reliées entre elles par la première charnière film 14, ainsi que le manchon 16 et une casquette 20 articulée par rapport à la partie 12a du corps 12 par l'intermédiaire d'une troisième charnière film 22.
Le boítier 8 est moulé dans la position ouverte représentée aux figures 4 à 7, les parties 12a, 12b du corps, le manchon 16 ainsi que la casquette 20 étant dans une position telle que le boítier ne présente pas de contre-dépouilles.
Le flacon 2 est ensuite disposé à l'intérieur de la partie 12b du corps 12 en plaçant son col 4 à l'intérieur de la partie 24b du support. Puis, on introduit le manchon 16 dans l'orifice de distribution 6 du flacon par pivotement autour de la charnière 18. Le flacon 2 est alors maintenu par l'intermédiaire de son col 4 sur la partie 12b du corps 12, le rebord 5 étant sensiblement en appui contre la partie 24b du support 24.
Puis, on ferme le boítier 8 par articulation autour de la charnière 14, la partie 24a du support venant alors elle aussi sensiblement en appui contre le rebord 5 du col 4.
Le boítier 8 est maintenu dans la position fermée illustrée aux figures 1 et 3 par l'intermédiaire des moyens de fixation libérable 26. Ces moyens de fixation libérable comprennent des bossages (godrons) 26a ménagés sur la partie 12b du corps venant s'insérer dans des rainures 26b de formes complémentaires ménagées dans la partie 12a du corps.
La casquette 20 est articulée par rapport à la partie 12a du corps 1 par l'intermédiaire de la charnière 22 entre une position ouverte illustrée à la figure 1 et une position fermée illustrée à la figure 3. Elle intègre un bouchon 28 venant obturer le passage intérieur 16a du manchon 16 lorsque la casquette est en position fermée.
Par ailleurs, chaque partie 12a, 12b du corps 12 présente une large ouverture 30a, 30b dans laquelle s'insère une partie correspondante en saillie 32a, 32b du flacon permettant d'augmenter le volume du flacon pour un encombrement donné du dispositif et de voir le niveau de fluide restant dans le flacon lorsque celui-ci est transparent. En outre, le maintien du flacon 2 par rapport boítier 8 est ainsi amélioré.

Claims (4)

  1. Dispositif (1) de distribution de fluide, en particulier de produit cosmétique, comprenant :
    un flacon (2) destiné à contenir le fluide et présentant un orifice de distribution (6), et
    un enjoliveur (8) recouvrant ledit flacon, ledit enjoliveur présentant un corps (12) et des moyens de retenue (24,16) pour maintenir le corps par rapport au flacon,
    caractérisé en ce que les moyens de retenue comprennent :
    un manchon (16) obtenu de matière avec l'enjoliveur et présentant :
    un passage intérieur (16a) traversant le manchon de part en part,
    une section extérieure (16b) s'insérant étroitement dans l'orifice de distribution (6) du flacon,
    des moyens d'articulation (18) liant le manchon (16) au corps (12).
  2. Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que :
    le dispositif comprend en outre des moyens d'obturation (20, 28) articulés par rapport au corps du flacon pour obturer de manière sélective le passage intérieur du manchon,
    le corps comprend deux parties principales renfermant entre elles le flacon, les moyens d'obturation (20, 28) étant articulés sur l'une d'elles (12a) et le manchon (16) sur l'autre (12b).
  3. Dispositif selon la revendication 1 ou la revendication 2, caractérisé en ce que :
    le flacon comprend un col (4) intégrant intérieurement l'orifice de distribution (6), ledit col présentant en outre un rebord extérieur (5),
    les moyens de retenue comprennent en outre un support (24) s'étendant autour du col flacon, sensiblement en appui contre le rebord extérieur.
  4. Dispositif selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que :
    le corps comprend deux parties principales (12a, 12b) renfermant entre elles le flacon (2), et
    les deux parties principales de l'enjoliveur sont reliées entre elles par un film (14) formant charnière obtenu de matière avec lesdites parties principales (12a, 12b) du corps, et
    l'enjoliveur comprend en outre des moyens de fixation libérable (26) pour maintenir les deux parties principales du corps au contact l'une de l'autre.
