Claims (9)

  1. Machine d'alimentation automatique en éléments protecteurs de séparation pour des groupes de bouteilles, destinée à des lignes d'emballage de bouteilles, comprenant un cadre (15) le long duquel des chaînes sans fin (2) se déplacent, ces chaînes sans fin (2) étant pourvues de mâchoires de saisie (3) en mesure d'être ouvertes et qui sont destinées à saisir les éléments protecteurs de séparation (1) dans une configuration repliée, ces chaînes formant un circuit de traitement continu, et des éléments de guidage (14a, 14b, et 14c) disposés à l'intérieur du cadre (15), dont la forme est appropriée pour ouvrir les flancs desdits éléments protecteurs de séparation (1) de façon à former dans l'espace la structure réticulaire spécifique de ces derniers, ladite machine étant caractérisée en ce qu'elle est en mesure de faire tourner lesdits flancs dans n'importe quelle direction et d'aligner les éléments séparateurs dans la ligne d'emballage.
  2. Machine suivant la revendication 1 caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte à la fois des moyens de prélèvement unitaire des éléments protecteurs de séparation (1) dans une pile de stockage (4) et des moyens de mise en place de ces derniers dans le circuit continu.
  3. Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que lesdits moyens de prélèvement et de mise en place sont constitués de butées poussoir (5) qui sont disposées le long d'une chaîne sans fin (6) et d'un plateau mobile (8) en combinaison avec une rampe pivotante pourvue d'un contrepoids (10).
  4. Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend une double bande ouverte (11) qui est disposée au début du circuit de traitement.
  5. Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte des moyens d'ouverture et de fermeture des mâchoires de saisie (3), tels que des guides (12).
  6. Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que les mâchoires de saisie ont leurs pointes (17) ouvertes vers l'extérieur et forment un angle recourbé (9) sur les mâchoires (3).
  7. Machine suivant l'une des revendications 1 à 5 caractérisée en ce que des éléments de guidage (13) sont fixés aux joues des mâchoires de saisie (3).
  8. Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce que son cadre (15) est pourvu d'une paroi mobile (16) permettant d'adapter sa largeur ainsi que le nombre, la forme et la position des éléments de guidage (14a, 14b et 14c).
  9. Machine suivant l'une des revendications précédentes caractérisée en ce qu'elle comporte une unité de commande et de contrôle du procédé qui est pilotée par un microprocesseur.
