Definitions
- the present invention relates to a container with a guarantee closure, with a closure cap that can be screwed onto the container body, and with a guarantee ring connected to the closure cap via predetermined breaking webs.
- Guarantee closures are used to show a buyer or consumer of a container equipped with a guarantee closure whether the container has been opened earlier and, if necessary, some of its contents have already been removed.
- Many versions of guarantee closures are known, although a given guarantee closure is often only suitable for one container shape and cannot be used universally, which means that different containers such as e.g. bottles,
- Plastic containers for medical liquids and tubular containers each require a special version of a guarantee closure.
- a still further object of the invention is to show a container with a guarantee closure, which has a tubular container body with a pouring cannula and can be stored standing on the closure.
- the container according to the invention is characterized by the features of independent claim 1.
- Figure 1 is a side view of the upper part of a cannula tube with an annular distribution
- Figure 2 is a plan view of the portion of a cannula tube shown in Figure 1;
- Figure 3 shows a section through a
- Figure 4 is a bottom view of the
- FIG. 5 is a view similar to that of Figure 4 with a second embodiment of the guarantee ring;
- Figure 6 is a view similar to that of Figure 4 with a third embodiment of the guarantee ring;
- FIG. 7 is a simplified perspective view from below of a closure cap with the first or second embodiment of the guarantee ring;
- Figure 8 is a side view of the
- FIG. 9 is a simplified perspective view from above of a closure cap with a third embodiment of the guarantee ring;
- Figure 10 is a side view of the guarantee ring
- FIG. 11 is a simplified top perspective view of a closure cap with the first or second embodiment of the guarantee ring;
- Figure 12 is an enlarged illustration of a portion of the third embodiment of the guarantee ring.
- FIG. 1 shows a side view of a container with a container body 1 and a pouring spout 2.
- the container body 1 can basically have different designs.
- the container body of this embodiment is a tube which consists of a plastic or partially contains plastic, for example is designed as a laminated body.
- the cannula 2 has an external thread 4.
- Barbs 5 arranged in a wheel shape are arranged on the shoulder section. These barbs are on the outer circumference of a wheel-shaped, with the
- Each barb 5 has a ramp 7 and a locking surface 8.
- the parts described above are the same.
- Figure 3 shows a section through the cap 9 of the container, which is equipped with a first embodiment of the guarantee ring.
- the cap 9 has one
- the closure cap 9 has a pipe socket part 11 which runs coaxially to the outer jacket part 10 and which is equipped with an internal thread 12 which is to be screwed onto the external thread 4 of the cannula in order to close the container.
- the outer jacket part 10 is connected in one piece to the pipe socket part 11 via an end plate 13.
- the diameter of the closure cap 9 is at least approximately equal to the diameter of the container body 1, as can be seen for example from FIG. 11.
- this end plate 13, as indicated by the reference number 14, is slightly indented so that it can serve as a standing surface for the upside-down tube.
- the outer jacket part 10 is over
- Breakaway webs 15 connected to a guarantee ring 16.
- This guarantee ring 16 in turn has inwardly directed projections 17.
- These projections 17 in turn have ramp ramps 18 and locking surfaces 19.
- These projections 17 are also designed as barbs.
- the barbs 5 of the container body 1 are designed in the form of a toothed ring which is fixedly connected to the container body 1 or its shoulder section 3, with teeth pointing outwards, these barbs 5 making an angle with the respective radius lines of the circular shape.
- the protrusions of the guarantee ring 16 also form an angle with the circular shape of the guarantee ring.
- the projections 17 of the guarantee ring 16 are arranged in opposite directions relative to the barbs 5 of the container body 1 in such a way that when the closure cap 9 is screwed onto the container body 1, the run-up ramps 18 of the guarantee ring 16 in an elastically flexible manner, since they are made of plastic, via the Barbs 5 which are also made of plastic slide.
- the locking surfaces 19 of the projections 17 of the guarantee ring 16 lie on the locking surfaces 8 of the barbs 5 of the
- FIG. 2 A comparison of FIG. 2 with FIG. 4 shows that the projection formed by the barbs 5 of the container body 1 has a division which is different before the division of the toothing formed by the projections 17 of the guarantee ring 16. In particular, there are fewer projections 17 of the barb 5. It can be seen that the number of protrusions 17 is one less than the number of barbs 5.
- the advantage of this embodiment is that when the closure cap 9 is screwed onto the container body 1, not all of the run-up ramps of Touch barbs and protrusions at the same time, so that the guarantee ring 16 is only expanded to a limited extent and thus the force to be screwed on the closure cap 9 is significantly smaller. To when screwing the cap 9 on
- the closure cap 9 has two diametrically opposite ones on its outer jacket part 10
- Driver projections 20 which are drawn in particular in FIGS. 7, 8 and 11. These interact with a recess 21 in the guarantee ring 16.
- the driver projection 20 has an arcuate guide surface 22. This arcuate
- a further, curved guide surface 23 of the guarantee ring 16 is located opposite the guide surface. This means that when the cap 9 is screwed on when the guarantee ring 16 is blocked, the predetermined breaking webs 15 act not only on a tear force extending in the circumferential direction, but also additionally on a tear force acting in the axial direction, so that when the cap 9 is unscrewed, no excessive force is necessary.
- the projections 17 of the guarantee ring 16, as can be seen from FIG. 4, are arranged in two spaced, diametrically opposed groups, the recesses 21 being in the gaps between these groups. In all versions, the arrangement and the shape of the barbs 5 on the shoulder section 3 of the container body 1 are the same.
- FIG. 5 shows a further embodiment of the protrusions of the guarantee ring 16, which are designated by the reference number 24.
- These projections 24 are designed as leaf springs protruding inwards from the inside of the guarantee ring 16, but each again have a Auflaufra pe 25 and a blocking surface 26.
- this embodiment has the advantage that the screwing on of the closure cap 9 on the container body 1 takes place with less force, since the projections 24 in the form of leaf springs use less force through the barbs 5 or whose ramp 7 can be pushed away. So that when you screw the cap on
- Ramp 8 of the barb 5 exposed to a much smaller wear.
- the projections 24 are arranged in two spaced groups, the recesses 21 being arranged between these groups.
- the toothing formed by the barbs 5 of the container body 1 has a pitch which is different from the pitch of the toothing formed by the projections 24 of the guarantee ring 16.
- the guarantee ring 16 is an undivided ring which is connected to the closure cap 9 exclusively by the predetermined breaking webs 15. According to a further variant, the
- Guarantee ring 16 a split ring. This embodiment is shown in Figures 6,9,10 and 12 (on an enlarged scale). This guarantee ring 16 also has inwardly projecting, leaf-shaped projections 24, each with a ramp 25 and a blocking surface 26.
- these projections 24 are not over the entire inner circumference of the Guarantee ring 16 arranged.
- the location of the division is bridged by predetermined breaking webs 27, 28 running in the circumferential direction of the guarantee ring, the predetermined breaking webs 15 running in the axial direction being arranged according to the first embodiments only in the area of the projections 24.
- the projections 24 are arranged in such a way that immediately adjacent projections 24 cooperate with respective barbs 5 at no time.
- four projections 24 are shown. This means that either only the protrusions one and three, or only the protrusions two and four, e.g. Seen from the top projection in a counterclockwise direction, cooperate with barbs 5.
- This design of the guarantee ring is characterized by the fact that it is connected on the one hand to the outer jacket part 10 of the closure cap 9 via the predetermined breaking webs 15 (see FIG. 12), but also via one at the division, i.e. the further section 29 of its periphery adjoining the two different predetermined breaking webs 27, 28 is connected to the closure cap 9.
- the guarantee ring 16 obviously widens. However, it remains connected to the closure cap 9 at section 29.
- This section 29 can also be torn away from the closure cap 9 in the sense of a predetermined fraction. For this purpose, see FIG. 12, the detonated guarantee ring 16 is gripped at location 30 and spread further and is guided around the closure cap 9, so that finally the section 29 is also torn away from the closure cap 9.
