Abstract

Cette invention se rapporte à plusieurs modes de réalisation généraux d'une composition ignifuge anti-abrasive, notamment ceux qui comprennent un liant au plastisol, un liant ou un système de plastisol modifié par polyuréthane ou un système d'uréthane pur modifié pour produire un effet ignifuge. Ces compositions se caractérisent de préférence en ce qu'elles contiennent un plastifiant à l'ester de phosphate et éventuellement, seuls ou associés entre eux, des composés métalliques ou des flocons de graphite intumescents. On prévoit également d'inclure/incorporer (par exemple par liaison) des éclats de céramique (Al2O3) dans les formulations de base faisant l'objet de cette invention, pour améliorer considérablement le caractère abrasif de la composition qui en résulte ou des panneaux fabriqués avec cette composition.
