Bei jedem Ausschalten des Senders wird eine Routine in Gang gesetzt, an deren Ende bspw. eine Reduzierung der Sendeleistung und/oder der Empfangsempfindlichkeit von Sender und/oder Empfänger steht, mit der Konsequenz, dass eine Aktivierung der Funkverbindung nur erfolgen kann, wenn das empfangene Signal eine vorgegebene Schwelle überschreitet oder auf andere Art und Weise vom Empfänger überhaupt als Signal "erkannt" wird. Dies wird nur dann der Fall sein, wenn der Abstand zwischen Sender und Empfänger das gewünschte Mindestmaß erreicht oder unterschreitet, womit dann im Einzelfall beispielsweise der Blickkontakt zwischen Bedienperson und zu steuerndem Gerät gewährleistet ist. Ist diese Erkennung erfolgt, werden die modifizierten Parameter (bspw. Claims (6)
