Abstract

Bei einem Verfahren zum Betrieb einer Funkfernsteuerungsanlage mit mindestens einem Sender und mindestens einem Empfänger, insbesondere zur Übermittlung von Steuersignalen an industrielle Geräte, wird/werden nach Beendigung einer Funkverbindung mindestens einer der Sende- oder Empfangsparameter des Senders (10) oder des Empfängers (20) gegenüber ihrem Standardwert so modifiziert, dass beim Aufbau einer neuen Funkverbindung eine Steuerung nur dann erfolgen kann, wenn zwischen Sender und Empfänger ein vorgebbarer Mindestabstand eingehalten wird, d.h. nicht überschritten ist. Dieser Mindestabstand kann auf die jeweiligen individuellen Arbeitsbedingungen und Typen von Industriegeräten eingestellt werden, beispielsweise so, dass eine Funkverbindung nur hergestellt werden kann, wenn Sichtabstand zwischen der Bedienungsperson und dem zu bedienenden Gerät mit dem Empfänger besteht.
Damit ist sichergestellt, dass der Sender nicht unbewusst oder irrtümlich aktiviert wird und dem Empfänger Steuerinformationen übermittelt werden, die zu erheblichen Fehlfunktionen und den damit verbundenen Risiken führen können.
