Die Fig. 1 zeigt in schematischer Darstellung einen Schnitt durch die erfindungsgemässe
Mischvorrichtung. Der Mischer 1 umfasst ein Gehäuse 6 mit einem Einlass 7
und einem Auslass 8. Innerhalb des Gehäuses 8 ist eine Hohlwelle 2, in der sich eine
weitere Welle 3 befindet, angeordnet. An der Hohlwelle 2 sind die paddelförmigen
Mischwerkzeuge 4 befestigt. Die Hohlwelle 2 und die innere Welle 3 werden mittels eines
Antriebes 13 über ein Riemen-Übertrieb 12 angetrieben. Unterhalb des Auslasses 8
ist ein mit der Innenwelle 3 verbundener Drehschieber 9 vorgesehen. Oberhalb und im
Bereich der paddelförmigen Mischwerkzeuge 4 sind Zugabestellen 10 für Gase, Flüssigkeiten
und/oder pastöse Produkte angeordnet. Im Betriebszustand des Mischers ist
der Innenraum 5 bis oben hin mit Produkt gefüllt, so dass die über die Zugabestellen 10
eingebrachten Produkte, wie z.B. Melasse, Wasser und/oder Dampf direkt in das Produkt
11 eingeleitet werden kann. Das zu mischende Produkt wird von den Paddeln 4 an
die Wand gedrückt. Dabei werden die Paddeln 4 teilweise auf Rückwärtsförderung eingestellt,

6 ein Zwischenboden 15 vorgesehen, der die Öffnung 14 nach oben vom
durchströmenden Produkt abschirmt. Der Zwischenboden 15 weist entgegengesetzt zur
Öffnung 14 eine Öffnung 16 auf. Vorzugsweise sind zwischen dem Zwischenboden 15

Claims (9)
- A device for vertically mixing gaseous, liquid, powdery, and/or pasty products with a mixing implement arranged in a housing, having at least one inlet for the product to be mixed, at least one outlet and at least one drive, wherein the mixing implements are arranged on a shaft and a product discharge device provided at the outlet (8), characterized in that the mixer (1) has lateral feed points (10) on the casing (6) for the gaseous, liquid, powdery or pasty additives, and that an intermediate floor (15) with an opening (16) is provided over the opening (4) of the outlet (8) in the housing floor (18), wherein the intermediate floor (15) shields the cross section of the opening (14) of the outlet (8) for diverting the mixed product (1).
- The device according to claim 1, characterized in that the mixing implement has paddles (4).
