Nach dem neuen Vorschlag wird dieses Problem mit einem Mischer gelöst, in dem die Behandlung des Mischgutes in drei Stufen erfolgt und zwar ist für die erste Stufe eine Vormischung des Mischgutes sowie die Zugabe des Weichmachers unter gleichzeitiger Aufheizung der Stoffe vorgesehen.: Hierzu dient eine vorzugsweise ölbeheizte Mischschnecke, in welche das Mischgut über einen Einfülltrichter gelangt. Der Antrieb der Misch- und Dosiersehnecke ist stufenlos regelbar ausgeführt und steuert die Durchlaufmenge.
