Claims (5)

  1. Four équipé d'une moufle de four métallique pouvant être fermée en sa partie avant par une porte, dont les parois de la moufle sont associées à des éléments chauffants pour le chauffage du compartiment de cuisson à plus d'environ 180 °C respectivement du produit à cuire disposé dans celui-ci, pourvue d'une couche de protection recouvrant les parois de la moufle au moins à sa face intérieure, l'épaisseur de la couche protectrice (11) étant inférieure à environ 30 µm, caractérisé en ce que la couche protectrice est réalisée comme couche dure sol-gel (11) et en ce que une couche fonctionnelle sol-gel est prévue sur la couche dure sol-gel qui confère des propriétés spéciales à différentes zones des parois de la moufle.
  2. Four selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que différentes zones de surface des parois de la moufle (3) comportent différentes couches fonctionnelles.
  3. Four selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que la paroi de la moufle comporte au moins en partie une couche protectrice isolante, sur laquelle l'élément chauffant (13) est appliqué par la technique des couches épaisses.
