Abstract

The invention relates to a urine separation toilet. Said toilet can be constructed without a partition between the urine and faecal outlets in such a way that the whole bowl can be cleaned during the flush operation and that the toilet paper in the urine outlet area, together with yellow deposits can be transported to the faecal outlet area. The toilet can nevertheless maintain a water-free disposal of urine.

Description

The method presented here relates to a Urinseparationstoilette that can be constructed without partition wall between urine and fecal discharge, so that the entire bowl can be cleaned during flushing and so the toilet paper in Urinabgangsbereich and yellow deposits can be fed to the Fäkalabgangsbereich, and still one Anhydrous urine output includes.

The prior art is Urinseparationstoitetten, which are equipped with a partition wall between the front urine outlet area and the rear Fäkalabgangsbereich, and thus divide the toilet bowl into two hydraulically unconnected part bowls with respect to the two leaving levels.

When urine is diluted with water, urine stone falls out, which then permanently adds urine drainage tubes. Therefore, the urine outlet is anhydrous. The prior art is therefore also that the front part of the urine outlet bowl is not rinsed, while the rear Fäkalabgangsbereich can be rinsed.

The disadvantage of the prior art is therefore that the front urine outlet area can not be rinsed, and so the toilet paper, which comes to rest especially when urinating women in the anterior urinary tract, can not be transported by rinsing the fecal discharge. It must therefore be transported manually, usually with the help of the toilet brush, in the rear Fäkalabgangsbereich.

Another drawback of the prior art is that the urine spills drip off the bowl walls of the anterior urinary tract through the anhydrous urinary outlet, thus producing a yellow coating over time.

Another disadvantage of the conventional urine separation toilets is that the urine outlet is open, which is very, especially during prolonged non-use severe ammoniacal odors arise due to the activity of the enzyme urease from urinary tract-borne bacteria.

A French patent application see also EP-A-0 507 687 proposes to provide the urine outlet by means of a closeable urine closure, this urinary outlet closure being opened by a pressure sensor coupled to the toilet seat when seated. However, the urine outlet is not anhydrous, as when rinsing the urine outlet always rinse water in the front bowl remains, and expires when re-used through the urine outlet. The partition wall of this toilet is also provided with a small opening through which excess rinse water from the anterior urinary tract can drain into the fecal drainage area. The dilution of urine in this procedure is small, but sufficient so that urine stone can fail. The mechanics of a closable and coupled to a pressure sensor of the toilet seat urine outlet is thus known in the art.

The described disadvantages of the prior art are eliminated with the Urinseparationstoilette invention and the inventive method and the preferred embodiment.

Die Vorrichtung umfaßt besonders vorzugsweise

The device particularly preferably comprises
  1. (1) a closable urine outlet with subsequent drainage pipe and / or siphon, wherein the siphon can be additionally equipped with an odor-retaining light liquid, and / or
  2. (2) one or more of all conceivable and / or commercially available mechanical and / or physical and / or chemical sensors, and / or
  3. (3) a toilet bowl shaped in cross-section V-shaped to detect the urine concentrated before the urine, the cross-section may preferably laterally bulbous bulges toward the point of Urinabganges to direct the urine more effectively to the urine outlet.

The advantage of this method is the simple control of the toilet by the use of sensors. In a particularly preferred embodiment, the process of the human excretion process is used to control the anhydrous urine output. In a particularly preferred embodiment, this control method comprises the following steps:
  • (a) A preferred embodiment comprises sensors, particularly preferably pressure sensors, which can preferably trigger direct and / or indirect reactions as soon as a person sets himself on the toilet.
  • (b) In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the reactions triggered in (a) and / or (c) comprise an opening of the urine outlet.
  • (c) In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the reactions initiated in (a) and / or (b) comprise a closure or blocking of the rinsing button of the toilet bowl rinsing device, or other suitable measures to prevent a flushing of the toilet bowl.
  • (d) In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the sensors mentioned in (a) can preferably trigger direct and / or indirect reactions as soon as a person rises from the toilet.
  • (e) In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the reactions induced in (d) and / or (f) include a closure of the urine output.
  • (f) In another particularly preferred embodiment, the reactions initiated in (d) and / or (e) include opening or releasing the toilet bowl rinse or other appropriate means to reverse the reaction under (c) ,

The pressure sensors mentioned under (a) may preferably also be simple mechanical translation constructions. In the following, the control of the toilet will be explained by means of pressure sensors and simple mechanical translation constructions. But these translation constructions can also be any other nature, or in combinations with these, such. B., gas or liquid hydroponic, electrical, electronic, etc.

At rest, the urine outlet is tightly closed, and the flush button is activated, so it can be operated and leads by the operation to flush the toilet.

By loading (by sitting down) the toilet seat is pushed a small distance down, and this distance leads via a translation structure for lifting (opening) of the urine seal.

Upon relief (by getting up) of the toilet seat glasses, one or more backpressure pressure devices, preferably metal springs, return the toilet seat and urine drainage plugs to the rest position.

The device for counterpressure should seal the urine outlet at rest in a watertight manner, and preferably set the translation structure in motion only after a certain binding force, particularly preferably slightly smaller than the weight of a seated child.

Particularly preferably, the activation of the same mechanical translation construction simultaneously leads to a decoupling of the Toiletenspülmechanik; preferably also here via a simple mechanical translation construction.

Any suitable method and device known to those skilled in the art may be considered for these mechanical designs.

Also preferably, the actuation of the toilet flush sets the control of the urine outlet, preferably by mechanical decoupling, out of operation until the flushing operation is completed. This prevents ingress of rinse water into the urine outlet during urine output mechanism loading after the rinse button is actuated. Again, everyone can Suitable translation constructions come into consideration, which are known in the art.

In recent decades, the behavior of the male defecation clientele has slowly changed at the behest of female device users. A certain percentage of users have begun to fold up the toilet seat before leaving urine while standing upright. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, the method presented here makes use of the male behavioral concession. The folding up of the toilet seat causes an opening of the urine outlet while blocking the flushing device. This ensures that at least part of the urine of male-standing urinators gets into the urine outlet. The folding down of the toilet seat then causes the closure of the urine outlet and the release of the flushing device.

The fecal waste can be designed in all possible embodiments, such as vacuum extraction, etc. To operate the Spülvorichtung one or more rinsing buttons may be provided which can provide different amounts of water for the flushing process.

In a further, particularly preferred embodiment, the sensors mentioned under (2) can also be used to detect and / or distinguish the substances introduced into the toilet, such as, for example, urine, faeces, toilet paper, etc. The reactions then triggered by the sensors can regulate the water consumption of the toilet.

The toilet bowls of said embodiments are, in a further particularly preferred embodiment, provided with a dirt and / or water repellent surface (e.g., nano-surfaces) preferably according to the lotus-leaf principle.

Belastung der KlobrilleLoad the toilet seat

When the toilet seat (A) is loaded, it applies pressure to the sensor (3) via the push button (2). This in turn pushes the rod (4) down to the hinge (5).

Thereby, the rigid rod (6) - (8), which is rotatably mounted on the axle (7) at the end (6) downwards, and thus the end (8) pushed upwards.

This in turn pushes the rods (10) and (15), which are mounted with the joints (9) and (14) on the rod (8), upwards.

This causes lifting of the Urinverschlussstopfens (B) with lid (C). This leaves the urine outlet open. At the same time the locking pin (11) engages in the locking opening (12) of the barrier panel (13).

At the same time, the barrier plate (16) via the rod (15), which is mounted on the joint (14) on the rod (8), pushed upwards. Thus, the rinsing button (D) on the locking pin (18) and blocking plate (16) over the rods (17), (19), (21) and (23) is blocked twice.

Entlastung der KlobrilleRelief of the toilet seat

Spring (26) pushes the entire mechanism back to the rest position, so Urinstopfen (B) lowers again and closes the urine outlet, and the toilet flushing is released through the lowering of locking pin (11) and barrier (16) again.

Drücken der Spülung bei entlasteter KlobrillePress the flush with relieved toilet seat

Drücken der Spültaste (D) bewirkt über Stange (17) ein Einrasten des Sperrzapfens (18) in die Sperröffnung (16a) der Sperrblende (16).Pressing the rinsing button (D) via bar (17) engages a locking of the locking pin (18) in the locking opening (16a) of the barrier plate (16).

At the same time, the rigid rod (19) - (21), which is rotatably mounted on the axle (20), pressed on the hinge (18) to the rear.

As a result, barrier plate (13) via the rod (23), which is mounted on the rod (21) via the joint (22), moves to vome.

As a result, the urine outlet via locking pin (11), which can not lock in the locking opening (12), and on barrier plate (16) (via (10), (8) and (15)), fixed by the latched locking pin (18) is blocked twice.

The rinsing button (D) does not return until the rinsing process has ended. Thus, an opening of the Urinstopfens (B) is excluded even if the toilet seat (A) is charged during the flushing.

Hochklappen der KlobrilleFold up the toilet seat

The toilet seat (A) is rotatably mounted with the fixed bearing (25) on axis (1). A cable (24) is firmly connected to the bearing (25) and rod (8). A folding up of the toilet seat (A) causes a clockwise rotation of the bearing (25) about axis (1). This pulls cable (24) up the rod (8) and the urine plug lifts and the mud is blocked. After folding down the toilet seat (A) spring (26) pushes the mechanism back to the idle state.

Detail ADetail A

Detail A zeigt Einzelheiten der beiden Sperrungsmechaniken. Detail A shows details of the two locking mechanisms. The locking pins (11) and (18) can engage in the locking openings (16a) and (12). As a result, the barrier panels (13) and (16) immobile. After disengagement of the locking pin (10) and (17), the barrier panels (16) and (13) along their groove (12a), in which the axes (10) and (17) stuck, upwards again movable.
