Description
Claims (10)
- Dispositif pour le raccordement du corps (C) d'une pompe (P) à une poche souple (S) contenant un produit liquide ou crémeux, comprenant un manchon cylindrique (10) de fixation étanche de la poche (S) se raccordant dans le haut à un épaulement (11) porteur, d'une part, d'une bague périphérique (13) d'assemblage avec la paroi d'un boítier extérieur rigide (B) et, d'autre part, d'une douille centrale (12) de support étanche de la pompe (P), caractérisé en ce que ladite douille est pourvue d'une virole interne (14) dans laquelle le corps (C) de pompe (P) est emboíté de manière amovible et fixé par serrage radial.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ladite virole (14) est disposée à l'intérieur du manchon (10) de fixation de la poche (S).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce qu'il comprend, en outre, une collerette (2) de verrouillage et d'habillage destinée à emprisonner ladite pompe (P) en coiffant la douille centrale (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (2) comporte des moyens de retenue sur la douille centrale (12).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3 ou 4, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (2) est constituée d'une partie basse (2b) avec une jupe externe (22) pourvue d'organes d'encliquetage (22a) sur la douille centrale (12) et se prolongeant par une partie haute (2a) de diamètre restreint pourvue d'une paroi transversale (21) prenant appui axialement sur le corps (C) de la pompe.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que ladite collerette (2) comporte une gorge annulaire (20) de calage destinée à recevoir le bord supérieur de la douille (12).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague périphérique (13) est pourvue d'un orifice (130) d'entrée d'air extérieur.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ladite bague périphérique (13) est assemblée de manière amovible avec le boítier extérieur (B) au moyen d'organes d'encliquetage.
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit manchon (10) de fixation est adapté à la soudure de la poche (S).
- Utilisation du dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes pour réaliser un ensemble pompe/poche prêt à l'emploi.
