- les figures 1a, 1b et 1c représentent des vues en coupe d'un premier mode de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention lors de différentes phases du fonctionnement ; et,
- la figure 2 représente une vue en coupe d'un second mode de réalisation du dispositif de l'invention.
Claims (9)
- Dispositif pour le conditionnement et la distribution d'un produit liquide ou pâteux (P) comprenant notamment une membrane (4) élastiquement déformable, pourvue d'un orifice d'éjection (41) qui est logée dans la partie supérieure d'un récipient (1) de produit (P) fermé de manière étanche d'une part à sa partie supérieure par un capot (2) que traverse axialement un tube (3) formant gicleur dont l'extrémité supérieure (31) fait saillie à l'extérieur et dont l'extrémité inférieure interne est pourvue d'un élément d'appui sur ladite membrane (4) et, d'un élément d'obturation dudit orifice d'éjection (41), d'autre part, à sa partie inférieure par un fond (5) mobile intérieurement, caractérisé en ce que ladite membrane (4) est constituée d'une valvule axiale (40) sensiblement tronconique dont l'extrémité supérieure est pourvue de l'orifice d'éjection (41) et dont le bord inférieur est rattaché à une bague (42) se section en U se prolongeant vers le haut, le long de la paroi interne du récipient (1) par une jupe mince extensible (43) raccordée à sa partie supérieure, à un bride (44) de fixation sur le récipient (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que ledit capot (2) se coiffe la partie supérieure du récipient (1) en emprisonnant la bride de fixation (44) de ladite membrane (4).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'appui du gicleur (3) sur la membrane (4) est constitué d'une corolle périphérique (32) entourant l'élément d'obturation.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 3, caractérisé en ce que le bord inférieur de ladite corolle (32) porte une couronne tronconique (32a).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit élément d'obturation de l'orifice d'éjection (41) est constitué d'un ergot central (33) délimitant autour de lui une cavité (34) communiquant avec le conduit interne (31a) du gicleur (3) par au moins une ouverture latérale (35).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que ledit fond mobile (5) est constitué d'un élément coulissant vers le gicleur et auto-bloquant de forme sensiblement cylindrique ayant d'une part une paroi supérieure (51), convexe élastiquement déformable, destinée à être constamment au contact du produit (P) et, d'autre part, une paroi latérale périphérique (52) destinée à venir en arc-boutement contre la face latérale interne du récipient (1).
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que le bord périphérique (50) de la paroi supérieure (51) du fond mobile (5) a un profil assurant à la fois le-raclage du produit (P) sur la face latérale interne du récipient (1) lors de la montée du fond (5) et l'étanchéité inférieure du récipient.
- Dispositif selon la revendication 6 ou 7, caractérisé en ce que le fond mobile (5) comporte en outre sous sa paroi supérieure (51) une couronne de lamelles souples (53) inclinées vers le bas dont les extrémités viennent en appui contre la face interne du récipient (1) pour renforcer le blocage du fond (5).
- Dispositif selon l'une des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité supérieure (31) du tube gicleur (31) est coiffé par un embout de distribution (6).
