Thus, the described structure of the invention presents the great advantage that damage repairing can be carried out quickly and simply by the operator of the generator himself, guided by the remotely assisted specialist technician, so that time and costs for repairs are reduced to the maximum.

Claims (8)
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires, pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, applicable dans des générateurs qui comprennent une série de modules de génération de puissance (11), positionné au niveau d'un bâti (2) sur une armoire (1); dans lequel les différents éléments conventionnels qui permettent le fonctionnement correct du générateur sont par ailleurs inclus ; caractérisé en ce que les modules de génération de puissance (11) sont montés sur différentes plaques (17) qui sont maintenues sur un guide télescopique (19) qui est supporté à son tour sur le bâti (2) de l'armoire (1), le bâti (2) comprenant par ailleurs au moins un connecteur (22) pour chaque module (11) ; à partir de l'une des plaques (17) de chaque module (11) émergeant au moins un connecteur (23) arrangé en correspondance avec le connecteur (22) du bâti ; tout ceci pour exécuter le remplacement éventuel de chaque module (11) en le tirant pour l'extraire et le remplacer.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires, pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le au moins un connecteur (22) par module (11) prévu sur le bâti (2), est un connecteur femelle, et le connecteur (23) qui émerge à partir de l'une des plaques de chaque module (11) est un connecteur mâle.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires, pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les plaques (17) sont arrangées verticalement et en parallèle de façon à améliorer le refroidissement.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires, pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon l'une quelconque des revendications précédentes, caractérisé en ce que les modules de génération de puissance (11) sont refroidis par de l'eau, lesdits modules de génération de puissance (11) étant arrangés, pour ce fait, sur des radiateurs (12) à travers lesquels circule de l'eau, le bâti (1) comprenant des connexions de sortie et d'arrivée d'eau (13) ; et dans lequel chaque plaque (17) comprend des connecteurs à désengagement rapide (18 et 18') pour le circuit de refroidissement de telle sorte que, pour remplacer le module de génération de puissance (11), les connecteurs à désengagement rapide (18 et 18') sont désengagés après que les conduites de sortie et d'arrivée d'eau (13) au niveau du bâti (1) ont été fermées.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que, un système de communication (24) basé sur un ordinateur personnel et programmé de manière appropriée est prévu, qui est connecté au générateur et à un ordinateur personnel local (25) et/ou à un ordinateur personnel distant (26) dans le but d'acquérir, localement et/ou à distance, les paramètres de fonctionnement du générateur.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires, pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le système de communication (24) comprend une console reliée à une caméra vidéo (28) et à un dispositif audio (32) dans le but d'établir une vidéoconférence en lien direct entre un opérateur local et un technicien distant par le biais de l'ordinateur personnel local (25) et de l'ordinateur personnel distant (26), de façon à ce que l'opérateur local puisse montrer des pièces du générateur au technicien distant.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon les revendications 1 et 5, caractérisé en ce que le système de communication (24) comprend des cartes d'acquisition de signaux de hautes et de basses fréquences (33) pour afficher des signaux et des formes d'ondes ainsi que des paramètres de l'état du générateur, à l'attention du technicien distant.
- Système pour chauffage par induction et similaires, pourvu d'une maintenance en ligne, selon la revendication 6, caractérisé en ce que, en plus de la caméra vidéo (28), le système de communication (24) comprend : une carte d'acquisition de données à vitesse rapide (29) comprenant, entre autres éléments, un oscilloscope pour mesurer les paramètres, et une autre carte d'acquisition de données à vitesse lente (30) pour mesurer les paramètres de base, comme, par exemple, l'ouverture de la porte, la température ; une unité centrale de traitement (31) qui est reliée à la ligne de communication (27) pour établir la vidéoconférence au moyen de la caméra (28) et du dispositif audio correspondant (32) et pour envoyer les différents paramètres du générateur vers l'ordinateur personnel local (25) et vers l'ordinateur personnel distant (26).
