Abstract

Sistema para calentamiento por inducción y similares, con mantenimiento en línea. Aplicable a generadores para calentamiento por inducción de metales y otros que cuenten con módulos (11) de potencia, estando el conjunto ubicado en un armario (1) con tomas de entrada y salida de agua. Los módulos (11) están montados en placas (17) sujetas en una guía telescópica (19). Además, se incluye al menos un conector (22) por módulo (11) del que emerge el correspondiente conector (23), de forma que tirando del módulo (11), éste se desconecta y se extrae, sustituyéndose con gran rapidez. Se ha previsto una consola de comunicación (24), un ordenador personal local (25), un ordenador personal remoto (26), y una cámara de video (28) para controlar los parámetros de funcionamiento del generador remotamente y establecer video conferencia entre el operario local y un técnico remoto con transmisión de datos del estado del generador, de manera que aquél pueda mostrar partes del generador a éste. Permite efectuar la reparación de una avería en un mínimo tiempo.
