Description
JOLLY CIRCLE λ
Technology
A technical design related to the jolly circle, which is a multi- -functional product for a production of a merry-go-round , swimming- -pool , universal turntable, tent, etc.
The Up-to Now Technical Status
The up-to-now known children merry-go-rounds are mostly of huge sizes, electrically driven, designed for amusement parks. Their biggest disadvantage is that the external circular platform on which variously modified children seats are situated is connected with the eccentric rotating mechanism by the means of arms which, in case of a child falling down within the area between the platform and rotating mechanism immediately acts as cutters with all following consequences. Also smaller and small sized children merry-go-rounds are known, the construction of which can cause an injury of children due to their extruding functional parts or arms while rotating against a fixed base.
The existing known designs of children merry-go-rounds are single- -purpose facilities providing just the only function. They cannot be easily dismantled and transported.
A Technical Design Substance
The above stated shortages are significantly removed by a jolly circle according to a technical design the substance of which consists in its upper ring body situated on a lower ring body, while the ring bodies are arranged in a segmental way. The travelling part of the upper ring body is provided with a guide and placed in a rotating way on the lower ring body. The travelling part of the ring body is proveded with handles. The upper ring body is provided with a circular plate of body. The ring bodies are provided with a guide. The upper ring body is provided with a filler. The upper ring body is supplemented by a .shelter. The lower ring body is provided with a flexible network. The upper ring body or its segments create elements and/or a form for the small architecture elements .
The facility according to the technical design, especially the ring parts of the children merry-go-round do not comprise element which could cause any injury due to the rotating movement.
Its advantage consists in the segmential arrangement enabling easy dismantling and assembly to produce various multifunctional facilities. In addition, it allows easy transport to a destination either in the interior or exterior.
A Review of Pictures in the Drawing
The respective technical design can be better clarified by the means of a drawing, where Fig. 1 shows a children ring merry-go- round in a partial sectional view, Fig. 2 a, b show a universal turntable, Fig. 3 a, b show a swimming-pool supplemented by a parasol, Fig. 4 a, b show a children tent, shelter or stand, Fig. 5 a, b show a children trampoline, Fig. 6 shows small architecture elements and Fig. 7 shows the arrangement of small architecture elements in the terrain. Fig. 2 a to 5 a show sets of individual products and Fig. 2 b to 5 b show individual products produced from the basic jolly elements according to the technical design .
Technical Design Performance Examples
The jolly which is a multifunctional products consists or an upper ring body 1_ situated on the lower ring body 2_, while the ring bodies 1 and 2 are arranged in a segmential way. The trawel- ling part of the upper ring body 1_ is provided with a guide 3_ and it is rotationaUy placed on the lower ring body 2_. The upper ring body travelling part _1 is provided with handles 4_. The upper ring body 1 is provided with a circular plate of circular body _5_ forming a universal turntable lO. The upper ring body _1 is provided with a filler _6 forming a swimming-pool 1_1 or a place for children playing. The upper ring body 1 is supplemented by a shelter 7_ forming a tent 1_2, shelter, sales stand etc. The lower ring body 2 is provided with a flexible network _8 forming a children trampoline 1_3. The upper ring body 1_ or its segments form elements and/or a form for small architecture production 9_.
Industrial Applicability
